למרות שעשיתי חבילת חו״ל חייבו אותי ב-740₪ על שיחות נכנסות ולא מוכנים לקחת אחריות על כך שהחבילה הופעלה באיחור - ממליץ בחום להתרחק מהחברה הזאת!!!
Terrible terrible company.
I bought a brand new TV from Partner. After just one month, it stopped working.
Instead of offering me a replacement or a quick refund, they referred me to the manufacturer and refused to commit to any repair timeframe – meaning it could take weeks or longer.
A Partner representative specifically told me that if I didn’t go ahead with the repair, they could cancel the deal and refund me. Based on this information, I cancelled the repair.
Later, I was told by someone else that there would be no refund in the end and that I would have to pay 150₪ just for a technician to come and collect the TV because I had cancelled.
This whole process has wasted hours of my time, literally spent all day being sent from department to department because no one could help me. They refused to let me talk to a supervisor other than a manager who didn’t help me at all. It involved contradictory information from their team, and left me with no working TV after paying full price just a month earlier. They also offered a tiny compensation: a voucher of 200 shekels which I didn’t accept because I don’t want to have to deal with them anymore. They also said that they can freeze the tv subscription if I chose to send the tv to repair but it means that the WiFi will also be frozen.
I will press charges but avoid them at all costs. I heard Zabilo is good for buying electronics.
Do not ever take any kind of agreement with this company. They’re an absolute scam-5 years ago I had internet with them and rented a router. Before moving out an employee of partner came to close down the internet and took the router and all wires, remotes etc. he never gave me a receipt and upon realizing this I called them to let them know, they told me no problem they have the visit logged etc. fast forward to 5 years I have received no emails from them or letters or calls or texts and I have spoken to them maybe 15 times over the years to ensure it’s all okay. I have now left the country for a vacation and they’re taking money out of my account in the thousands! According to their customer service there’s nothing on my ID, I no longer have an account and this shouldn’t be happening and yet it is- and no one from their legal team has called me back. They’re trying to foreclose my account and all during a war while I’m abroad. This company is disgusting, unprofessional, and should be totally and completely illegal- but thanks to Israel it is not. Do not use them and be warned- they don’t act like a normal telecoms company in practice or in their thievery.
Terrible experience, sales staff lie and give more expensive package than agreed, then make it extremely difficult if not impossible to change it, or to give you the prices advertised
They don't let you speak to a manager. Both customer service and sales routinely lie to you and do not fix the problem.
Seems like a class action lawsuit is needed against Partner for this, and better laws are needed to protect consumers from a company like Partner.

I've had such an easy time dealing with partner to set up internet in my home. They have been very responsive and helpful. They were able to send a tech to my home to set up the box less than a week after I called initially, and the customer service representative on the phone was astonishingly helpful, she even gave me a WhatsApp number to text for when I was ready to sign up. Sign-up was fast and easy.
I also appreciate how easy it was to check that my building was ready for fiber, and all they needed to do was set me up.
Waited on hold for a while until the automated system asked if I want to leave my number to receive a callback. Not sure why that option doesn't come up before you've been on hold for 10+ minutes. GET THIS...I get a callback around 2 hours later. I pick up, it's an automated system calling me back and then proceeds to ask me if I want to speak to a live person. I press 1 and it puts me back on hold. This was five minutes ago, I'm literally back on hold as I write this. I'M SWITCHING TO TCS ISRAEL WHICH I SHOULDV'E DONE A LONG TIME AGO.
Before partner I was in golan telecom, i switch because was ofer from the work (zara staff) for all the family, so 4 lines that we switch to partner.
First of all I discovered that the price for roaming is x3 from golan and you must to choose only one country that included in package.
Second problem is that we travel to Italy with 2 lines, for first one we ordered the roaming package and the second one is without package - just to be available.
So the second line is not working because the sim is didn't register in the network, I was in contact with 5 service representative and one technical support representative. We did almost everything with all of them, restart the phone, manual choose of mobile network, open roaming etc, first they try to sell me another roaming package... Why? Because the sim without roaming package cannot register in the network... Boolshit! I was in several companies and its not true, after the manipulations they trying to say that the problem is in my phone, and after 5 hours suffering they got the conclusion that they gave me damaged sim card and i should come to the sales point to change the sim to a new one. But now I'm stuck for 2 weeks without my Israeli number that I must have for my work to identify my self in the system and i can't work now. The stuff even didn't proposed some compensation. Fine, when I will order golan sims and it will wait for me till i back, the things there wery easy and you can manage all the things through web site without customer support etc. Every thing work there like a clock.
Through Local03 I obtained a sim card for my week in israel. Partner was the provider.
Out of one week, I had the following service issues for about 4 days: International calling was not working even though regular calls were working, on and off over the course of 4 days (up to 12 hours at a time of no international calling), multiple times, while on a couple of the main highways (1 & 3) I lost internet service completely and this lasted for up to 6 hours after going back to an area where I previously had service.
When I reached out to Local03 there was nothing they could do and they couldn't even properly explain why I was experiencing this. (Appearance of full bars of 4g while no internet/international calling)
I'd recommend a different provider if you want something more reliable and consistent.
Overall a great service... used to have their mobile and am now using their 200m internet which is great... also find theri support people most helpful and try hard in english
THIS IS A PRETTY BAD COMPANY WHICH PRESISTANTLY MAKES "MISTAKES" WITH THEIR BILLINGS FAVORING THE COMPANY! I've made a mistake not reading the local revies and ratings in Israel about this company, after contacting them and inquiring about getting their internet service and agreed on the terms and conditions the contract which was sent to me was different from what we agreed upon and I've started to getting charges on my card with no permission whatsoever, all of this while still waiting for the company to install the modem in about 3 weeks and not getting any service at all. I've called the next day and killed the deal/mistake, at least so I thought because they were giving me the run around from one department to another and suddenly no one knew which is the right the phone number to transfer me too, or at best people will answer after about 40 minutes and be rude and the Email on the agreement that they were supposed to give to the customer to cancel and put a stop for the deal was "wrong, another mistake". To make a story short even after getting verification of canceling the deal, I've kept getting demands for payments for a service I never got. and only after threatening them that I'll have to go to court and will ask the CEO to be there and answer my questions. for now they stopped bothering me so far!
Had a billing error from Partner, where they put me on the wrong contract and I received very high bills as a result.
Not Good.
But after a couple of weeks with their customer service, they discovered that the error was their error, and reversed the billing. This was eventually great customer service.
