I wanted a face covering with a particular design. I typed "KEEP YOUR DISTANCE!" In to a well known search engine and up popped "Hotmerch.co.uk" with exactually what I had in mind. I ordered straight away and it arrived before I had time to forget I had ordered it. The mask is excellent, well made, nice material and comfortable to wear. I will buy my next mask from here.

I recently ordered 5 personalised sweatshirts from Hot Merch (two adults and three children's (8, 11 and 13)). I can honestly say that all of us absolutely love them. The personalisation was truly tailored to our individual choices and the quality of the sweatshirts and the individual logos on them is outstanding. I could not be more pleased and it's the first choice we reach for when choosing what to wear. I'm about to order a load more for presents for people. Bought a “Jeans Guy” tee off them cos I’m a massive fan of The Mandalorian and a big dumb nerd and was really impressed with how quickly my bounty arrived, and how high a quality the printing was as well.

The tee is incredibly soft and comfortable, like a newly minted hoard of beskar armour, perfect for returning a foundling to its kind.

Even got a personalised note from the owner, it’s the little touches that make you want to work with the guild again.

Now I’m the best dressed bounty hunter this side of where Alderan used to be.

Hoodies, t-shirts and face masks were a few of the personalised items we asked Hot Merch to source for us so very last min...and wow, they really pulled out all the stops! In the words of my son and his friends, the merch was 'awesome', high praise indeed from a group of teenagers! Fantastic shirt and recipient loved it. Arrived exactly when it said it would when I was buying it. Perfect.

The shipment was incomplete. I received only 1/2 of the order. I paid for 2 designer masks but received one. Upon notification, HotMerch returned an email stating that the second mask would be sent immediately. I have sent reminder emails but have had no response. It is now 2 months after the original order was pre-paid. Very disappointed.

At this point, I will contact my credit card company with documentation of lack of service and request a refund of monies paid.

So helpful with the design and great quality merchandise. Very impressed!
