Ordered one of my favourite band tee shirts March 8. I paid in full

By April 24 I noticed no update to the order. So I sent a request to their help email asking “what’s happening”

May 4 and not even an email response!!

So this is not impressive

I had previously ordered tees in 2025. I also had problems, but those tees did eventually arrive after a couple of months delay. At least in 2025 an email did generate a response and shipment

I’m also aware of other folk struggling but this update is my personal experience

Not impressive. Be wary of buying from this website. I’ve also reported this to the bands management (as I also had to in 2025)

Russ at hotmerch has been simply incredible. Met him at an event he was doing at Wembley and loved their stuff. Used him to create various pieces of bespoke merch for a barmitzvah party. We were beyond happy with the results and everything was so popular. Despite putting in the order very late, they delivered on schedule and within budget. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I really wish I could put into words the exceptional experience with Hotmerch. Russ and Chantelle were sublime throughout. They provided all the merch for my son’s Bar Mitzvah and nothing I asked was too much trouble. From late night requests to next day deliveries, and everything in between, the quality of the merch was second to none. Please don’t even bother looking elsewhere. This company simply rocks! A massive thank you from me to them for being an absolute pleasure to work alongside!
