All the plants I have bought from you are thriving in the beautiful pots I bought from you,both have helped me turn this house into a home.Now when I need to pot them on you continue to provide me with the advice and products that will help them thrive.

Proactively reached out to explain that there was a tiny dent in a pot, with a lot of pictures, and offering a discount for it, all with no obligation to continue the order. Simply excellent customer service, as they got the basics right.

I contacted hortology to ask about the colour of a particular ceramic pot in daylight, within 24hrs they had emailed me 6 pics, I decided to purchase 3 pots & 1 plant & they were delivered next day, they were so well packed & definitely worth the money, the pots were even nicer than advertised & the plant is very healthy, the only negative was the large pot stated it was 22cms opening but was actually 25cms so I was able to fit a much larger plant in it, I am definitely planning to purchasing more

Not only are the plant pots that I bought beautiful, the customer service is second to none. Allix reached out to me by e-mail to say that one of the pots had some slight imperfections around the base. Pictures were sent and the offer of a refund or a discount was given. This is such a good way of working as rather than me receiving it and being unhappy it was all dealt with prior to delivery.
Allix very kindly sent more pictures to show me exactly where they were and as the pot could be moved around I was able to purchase it.

Found exactly what I needed and it all arrived quickly. I particularly appreciate little touches like automatically matching saucers with pots. The points were a nice surprise. I'll definitely be back!

Gorgeous plant great customer service. The plant was bigger than I ordered but they checked with me first to make sure I was ok with that. I’m glad they did because I had to change my plans. But I loved the plant when it arrived. Really unusual

I recently used Hortology for the first time to purchase a large pot for an indoor plant.
I love what we have purchased. I was also impressed that when buying it, the website suggested the pot liner that this pot would actually need.
After I purchased it I was contacted by Hortology who had identified an imperfection on the pot and sent me photos to see if I would still want it. These were minor and could easily be hidden in a corner hence they were not an issue and I was sent the discounted pot. This came very quickly.
Overall a great experience.
The only additional thing they could have done is to recommend the plant pot size for the pot. Not an issue for us.
