Plant arrived in great health although there were a lot of roots growing out the bottom of the pot. Very well packaged, almost too well! I couldn't get into the plant

Absolutely love my new indoor plant pots. I bought one and was so impressed with the quality and speed of delivery, I bought a matching one.
A little bit dearer than I’d normally spend on a pot but the unique design and classy look made it worth it.

The plant quality was obviously of a high standard, as was the packaging & overall delivery service. From looking around, perhaps the price was a tad expensive, although when you get exactly what you want, perhaps it is a case of ‘you get what you pay for’.

I ordered two sets of pots and was very happy with the products themselves. Delivery was fast, everything was packaged securely, and nothing arrived damaged.

However, the first pots I ordered were too large. I was told I would need to cover the return postage, which was very expensive because of their weight. It was actually cheaper for me to order a smaller set than return the original ones.

The products and delivery were great, but I would recommend checking the measurements very carefully before ordering, as returning heavier items may not be practical or affordable.

Great plant that arrived quickly and is perfect for the pot and space. Another great product and experience from Hortology!

They sell nice pots and are communicative, while we continue to disagree on important issues where I disagree to disagree - where occasional standards of finish are concerned.

The company were extremely helpful in meeting my wishes and overall I am very pleased.
I have only one disappointment and that is the packing. Whilst the packing was extremely good and delivery also, my cactus was wrapped tightly in film which unfortunately broke four of the spine clusters on my barrel cactus. I do appreciate it is a very difficult task to send the cactus though, but I am saddened

The plant arrived in good condition , but extremely disappointed how small it was and hence it was vastly over priced when compared to the likes of gardeners dream etc. I buy plants weekly and always been a bit wary of hortology , as consistently more expensive on line than others. The colour of plant was also disappointing , as it should be more red/yellow and was 75 per cent green , so couldn’t use in photo shoot I wanted it for

Ordered two matching pots and liners for plants previously supplied by Hortology. Quality of items are excellent, fast service and good communication actions when querying pre-order.

My order wa dealt with speeedily and the everything arrived well packaged and undamaged.
The plants themselves were all in excellent condition - but that it what I have come to expect as the norm from Hortology - and appear, now, to be thriving.
