The pots I wanted were out of stock and I’ve been checking in to the website to see if back in stock. However, the two I’ve just purchased were new arrivals and I prefer so very happy with my purchase. The packaging was amazing, a box for each pot and copious amounts of paper “donuts” which gave complete protection. Nothing worse than spending a chunk of money, goods to arrive damaged and then hassle of getting replacements. Well done Hortology.

Plants were well packed and arrived intact.
Customer service response was excellent when a potential issue with the pots was proactively addressed ahead of delivery. Would highly recommend

Product showed up looking lovely and as-expected. There was some confusion about the tracking of the shipment on my end but customer services responded to my email incredibly quickly and explained everything clearly

Hopefully this will be rectified asap. Support team appear to be good with quick response. I collected the pot from APC today. The packaging was excellent. And the pot was not a disappointment. Far from it.

I can't recommend Hortology enough. Customer service is excellent. There was an imperfection on a pot I ordered, and it was the last one. Charlotte contacted me with some photos. I was able to change my order, as well as adding to it. Everyone I had contact with was wonderful, professional, and responded quickly.
