Wish I would give this 0 stars. Took my money and never shipped the product. Scam company.

Absolutely worse company ever. would never recommend ordering from them to anyone. They will never ship out your order and they’ll blame it on a gas leak and it’s impossible to reach out to them. The emails they have listed on their website all bounce back, so you have to manually type in a specific email to actually reach out to them. They also have two numbers you can find on their website, one is an invalid number and the other goes straight to voicemail. They take days to respond and avoid refunding orders that never even shipped.

If there was a negative star I would give that, ordered a dress for my daughters homecoming, after a week never recieved a tracking number nothing, when I reached out kept getting the same AI response that the order would be sent out the follwoing week, I ordered in the a timely manner, gave them 2-4 business days to process my order, but just sat there nothing and I even paid the $28.99 extra for expediated shipping, but to tell me after a week that my order still hadn't shipped and cannot give me a straight answer just "sorry for the delay but you order will be shipped next week" a whole two weeks after ordrering!!! Don't bother calling them either because you get no answer. I reported them to the BBB and disputed my charge on my credit card. BE VERY AWARE DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM!!!!

Ordered a size XS dress ($90) and they sent a dress that was probably 3 sizes bigger and it had a rip in it. On the website it says to email them for return instructions. I did this twice and with no response. I also called the phone number on the website and they did not answer.

items were purchased over a month ago with no update or items. I emailed for my money back and they refuse to respond.

Order took weeks to process but they refused to cancel when I requested in the interim. Order arrived incomplete with no mention if a second package would arrive. Upon inspecting the one item that did arrive it was cheaply made and the sewn in tag had been cut off.

I placed an order on 8/31 paid $29 for expedited shipping. The website says: “orders leave our warehouse in 3-4 business days”. It also states “tracking sent to your email instantly” which is not true. It has now been 6 days and I have received no email, no tracking or updates on the status of my order. I have emailed HoneyPlum multiple times I have DM’s them on Instagram. And all they can provide me with is a vague respond telling me I’ll get tracking when I receive an email. Or they say they cannot provide tracking once the item is with the carrier, however my item isn’t even with a carrier. This is beyond frustrating. It’s dishonest and scammy. Do not order from them!!!! I wish I could upload my screen shots because their responses are such a red flag!!!! I’m going to ask them to cancel my order at this point since they are unable to provide me with tracking details. If they refuse I will be disputing it on my credit card. I have screen shots and receipts 😅😅😅😅they have been absolutely bogus to deal with. Do not buy a single thing from them!!!!!!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I ordered from this site on August 20th and chose expedited shipping. I still haven’t received the item and no update on shipping. SCAM for sure!!

must be a fast fashion dropship site from china. Seems to be a website with policies and guidelines drafted by AI and not reviewed by a human. Tried to message on Instagram and its clearly a bot replying because it asked me my order number 4 different times after i already sent it. Told me it would ship Friday, today is Tuesday and they left me on read on instagram messages.
I have been waiting on my tracking to update for 20 days.
will be shocked if it shows up.

I placed an order in April and still have not received it. I have emailed with them several times and they keep promising to mail it. Still Nothing and it is July!!

The dresses smell weird, the size small fits like a large and there is a stain on the inside

This is the second time I have ever wanted to give negative stars. I placed an order for dresses my daughter wanted for EOY events she was attending and family events. One order was just deleted. The second RUSH order I placed, and paid for expedited shipping (2-3 day window) finally came over one month after a representative gave me “their word” it would be shipped that day, and the next three consecutive days I called- only for it to come in bits and pieces, one dress so short it was honestly a tube top. I have girls, I am used to short dresses- this was a junky tube top. The rest of the order came 5-10 weeks after initial delivery, some items were just cancelled without notification. You request a return, for a company that “wants 100 percent customer satisfaction” it is any thing BUT… the paperwork comes with NO RETURN ADDRESS to actually return. Try calling one of their phone numbers- one line is disconnected and the other “is full at this time.” BTW, “this time” means every time. You cannot get a hold of, or a response from, a representative if it were your full time job.

I received my order and the clothing was too big. I sent an email 3 times to their support email and no one will respond. I also went to their website and started a chat to try to get support, and no one responded to the chat either. This company is apparently not reputable, so I highly recommend not ordering from them.

Poor quality. Awful customer service: didn't receive items, different return policies (what is posted vs. what they issue), asked to cancel order - but still received. Received a second shipment 3 months later. What a mess. Do not order.

I ordered two bathing suits of the same size. One was a completely different size than the other, but I still had to pay $16 for an exchange. The swimsuit that I got in exchange was still the completely wrong size. Customer service was not helpful at all. Won’t be buying from them again.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered my package, got the order number and it didn’t move for weeks so I sent a message to the brand and they told me they were getting it ready for shipping. So I waited and reminded them after a few days at a time, and then a month went by and I asked them where it was and they just said they were trying their best. Then I forgot about it for a few months and it STILL hasn’t come, so i sent a message and I’m getting my damn money back.
