Clark and Marvis is one of the worst places you can order from. Sizes are off, trying to do returns is a joke.

Don’t waste your time and money.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. WARNING: This is not a company from Canada, made in China, I should have been skeptical when there was no PST or GST! Poorly constructed clothing, horrible fabric & sizing? Learned my lesson too late. Don't buy anything from this company do your homework!

Sneakers feel light and comfortable. Works fine for everyday.

I wished I would have checked for reviews before I ever ordered from this company!! I wish I never ordered from them! Lost $75.00. I am not going to pay to $30.00 or more to try and send them back to see if they decide to give me a refund. I wish I read the return policy too!

The delivery was late but I care about that too much. I have foot pain due to having flat feet and I need orthopedic shoes to wear in the house to avoid foot pain and damage to my feet. I live in a small town with few stores. This site looked great and I thought it was going to be great.
They advertise all kinds of orthopedic sandals and shoes. I ordered simple ‘orthopedic’ shoes for wearing in the house. These shoes were not orthopaedic at all. They had zero support and were in fact are with hard a board on the bottom. I didn’t even bother trying them on I was sooo disappointed when I saw them. They are far uglier than the photo too. The refund policy costs more than its worth and is a huge hassle. I am out 75.00. Wish I would have checked reviews. I would NEVER order from this company.

Actually I would have to pay more than I already paid because they have to be shipped to China! I asked my credit card company to do a charge back. What a bunch of scammers!

I purchased 11 items of clothings and pair of shoes from Clark & Marvis.

The dresses were poorly constructed and don't fit well the fabric itself feels like a plastic tablecloth and looks absolutely nothing like what is in the very misleading photos on the website.

The company adversities itself as a trusted Canadian brand however lists an American Company Address and their customer support is ridiculous. Requests for return and refund go unanswered for days and when responses come they either ask repetitive questions, request pointless forms and or give us the complete run around or offer discounts on future purchases which we have no desire to make.

Finally when offers of a return are made they inform us that we will need to pay more than $35 - $55 before customs and tax! What a joke it's almost MORE than the original purchases.

This is drop shipping at it's worst. There is Nothing Canadian about this company at all! The service is horrible and not in keeping with your traditional "sorry" or "apologetic" and caring Canadian feel.

The whole process is designed to make it as complicated as possible to get in touch and get a refund. Even down to their website which has specifically been engineered so you can't copy and paste text from the site ensuring you must painstakingly type out their contact information letter by letter.

Their FAQ information doesn't align across the site. For example select any blouse or shirt. Scroll the to the bottom and look at the FAQ: "Can I return my order? How does it work?" and they say "Yes, we offer a money back guarantee, only takes 1 minute".. But go to their FAQ Page: it says Customer has to pay for the returns. Their FAQ also lists Pounds Sterling on the Canadian Website. The whole setup is bulk configuration and scam.

To top it off. My Nephew did some digging. The same dresses are available from multiple stores across the internet with the same marketing strategy and same images similar prices all across the globe. Total Sham. Examples: (roschic[dot]com, lightinthebox[dot]com)

These items were not even worth donating to charity. It would be unfair for those in need of usable garments.

Ordered sandals and they came in good condition. Packaging was simple but neat. No issues.

Really liked the fit of the tshirt. Not too tight not too loose, just sits right. Been wearing it more than I expected tbh.

First, the dress came from China. Never, I was that disappointed. It took a month to receive the parcel.
And it is so cheap…I would never wear a dress that cheap. And the size……My 2X would fit a small.
I hope many people will read this. And the price : $174.00 reduced to $50.00 . It not worthy.

This supposedly Toronto based company just sends crap from China. I can’t believe that they claim to be trusted Canadian brand when their stuff isn’t even Canadian. And their so-called “refund if you’re not satisfied” costs more than the item you bought.

Buyer beware. The quality of these shoes do not match the price tag. Poor quality and very uncomfortable

The polo fits nicely around shoulders. Gives a clean look. Works for casual wear.

The jacket that wad advertised was stylish and expensive looking. It was advertised as half price( original price being over $100)
What I received was what looked like a felt boxy long shirt.
They ship from the U. S. but you have to return to China at your expense. Or you can keep it and they'll refund you. 10%
My purchase was$80, so I'd get$8 and throw the thing out?
They say they are moving to Italy, I doubt it. There's no real social media on it. I should have done my research beforehand.
I disputed the transaction thru my credit card. We will see what happens.

Do not buy. Sandals are very cheaply made, they do not look like the picture. Dollar store quality.

When I purchased shoes from what was advertised as a Toronto store (I searched specifically for Canadian stores) they did not even come close to fitting when they arrived after a lengthy delivery time. They were also very low quality. I submitted a request to return the items it turned out I had to ship them to China which would have cost me more than the cost of the shoes. I later found out this is called a drop ship scam.

I initiated a charge back on my credit card for deceptive practices which is the only way I could recover the cost of the shoes. Unfortunately it takes a couple of months to resolve but at least they won't have my money!
