Wonderful company
I ordered a unit from this company as I found it to be the cheapest price from them. It arrived literally the next day, I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived! It is just as described and I am very happy with it. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company and I would definitely order from them again.

Arrived on time.Lucky enough well…
Arrived on time.Lucky enough well packed,because on delivery the box was broken. Which is not your fault. Product was a bit challenging to assemble,some of the screws were not easy to screw into the holes. I am very pleased with the end product.

Excellent communication. Will definitely order from them again
I had a little bit of trouble a with a wardrobe I’d ordered. I only received 1 part of it. I phoned Homesymphony & they answered immediately. The man I spoke was brilliant. He said he’d phone the company who supplied the order & get straight back to me. He did exactly that, letting me know that the wardrobe came in 3 separate boxes & the other 2 boxes would arrive in a few days.
I felt like they gave a more personal touch, speaking directly with a smaller company. I will definitely order from them again & recommend them to family & friends!

Thanks, glad you managed to get all the items in the end. On larger items sometimes they are put on split deliveries and depending on the schedules of the couriers they can come on different dates. Thanks for your patience on this one and we are glad everything got to you in the end.

Update: We offered the customer a free return. The customer accepted a partial refund on their order and kept the items.
