Best Customer Service

The original call was two weeks ago, and the original person, never called, so I called him. He scheduled to come out a week later, but the day of I called and he couldn't make it, but he said he'd call that evening to reschedule, he never did.

I called Homeserve back the next day. Homeserve apologized and got right on finding another company that reached out to me that same day , and scheduled to come out the following day in which they stayed in constant communication with me on their arrival. Once here, Brandon Koger, the owner and his assistant was polite, determined the problems, and fixed everything that was covered the same day, and informed me of the issue with what was not covered. Brandon also offered to fix a crooked socket cover. All in all, Koger Electric is amazing, and should be given all Homeserve contracts in this area.

I had a great experience with this plumber. He came out to repair my sink and also replaced a pipe outside. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also provided helpful information on how to prevent future backups and plumbing issues. The work was completed efficiently, and everything is working well. I appreciate his knowledge, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Two men came Thursday afternoon

Two men came Thursday afternoon. They were very nice to talk with. The sewer line was cleared in about 30 minutes and one of them told me I needed to go purchase a 4" cap for the line which I did and it will be installed tomorrow.
