I’d give them less if I could
I’d give them less if I could. They send you info saying you need to change your furnace. You do and they don’t give you any money for reimbursement like they said. Also washing machine broke takes over a week to get someone to come look at it. The repairman said the parts cost more than the machine is worth so it’s unrepairable then service plus calls and says actually it’s repairable but you have to repair it we will not give you a rebate. What a joke!!!

We were told that they could not find…
We were told that they could not find anything wrong with the system. They went ahead and turned the system on and now today the house is reading 85° and the thermostat is set at 73. I did recall you guys.
