Beware. You’re actually dealing with an offshore entity that has all of its online help handled in India. This is NOT a New Zealand entity.
I eventually managed to cancel my order and was offered all sorts of credit and discounts to avoid full refund
Be blunt and don’t give in
14 days later they processed a full refund

Ordered a poppcorn popper from…
Ordered a poppcorn popper from Homeloft.nz which had contact info emails ending in NZ (new zealand). Received product to find it was a US plug/120volt and 60 hertz frequency . They first offered a 15% voucher then a 30% voucher. After explaining that shipping back to the US and converters (which do not always work well) cost more than the unit ordered, they refunded the product in full. During the back and forth process their staff were helpful and prompt in reaching a solution. Customer service score is 5, overall experience was a 3 only because wrong product and no option for replacement. Based on my experience I see no reason to not use Homeloft; however, be diligent if ordereing electronics as they ship from other regions.
Thank you Homeloft for following through with customer service. It is always appreciated.

Order will come from the other side of planet
Order will come from the other side of the planet and be poorly packed. My order arrived broken. The after sales service was terrible. 1st they offered to replace, but I could not wait for delivery, they then offered 15% refund if I kept it and repaired. I said no I'll return, they then offered 10% refund to keep and save hassle of return. Alternative was for me to return to U S for refund, but only if it arrived as I got it. It was broken, but I did not have confidence to spend money to send back. They suck. Don't use them.

Lack of communication is so annoying. They have cancelled my order with no explanation and no notice .so here I am waiting for it only to realise they have refunded me, when after 3 weeks of waiting ,I checked ac for date of purchase only to see the refund .
It’s annoying because had I been informed I could’ve bought my mattress from somewhere else, now I’m 3 weeks behind getting my Tatami mattress .

I was able to purchase what I consider the best potato masher ever. I've had one like this for 20 years and I wanted to get one for my son. You are the only company that stocks them. There were none available in the UK or NZ. So thank you. I'm very grateful
Fold up kitchen table…
We ordered a fold up kitchen table which after 2 months of waiting, arrived damaged. Had we known at the time of order that the product was being sent from the Eastern side of USA, we would not have ordered this. An offer of a 15% voucher isn't really what we wanted but cannot go through the drama of returning for a refund given the length of time it took to get to us in the first place. I'm sure smaller products arrive without issue but buyers need to be aware that they are not ordering from a New Zealand store.
