Very disappointing and frustrating experience with HomeLet.

Despite my continued cooperation throughout the referencing process, communication has been extremely poor. Messages left through the portal have gone unanswered, and I have been left unclear about what information or documents are actually required to complete the process.

The lack of communication and follow-up has caused unnecessary delays and has potentially resulted in financial losses. Applicants deserve clear guidance, timely updates and a professional service, rather than having to repeatedly chase for answers.

Unfortunately, my experience with HomeLet has been far below expectations. I would strongly encourage them to improve their communication, responsiveness and overall handling of referencing applications.

My caller Nathan Smith was very well articulated and offered a smooth and friendly experience in going through policies and terms.

I contacted Homelet today with regard to moving house and also to arrange some temporary cover and I spoke with a lovely man called Enoch Biney. What a polite and helpful chap he was!! Very efficient and explained everything clearly and precisely… well done Enoch, it was a pleasure to talk to you! Thank you ☺️
