After 4 weeks they are unable to provide a delivery date.

Happy with the furniture I received, however it was a VERY long wait to get it delivered with no indication of when it would arrive. I did get a delivery window of 1 week eventually and I still did not receive this until 10 days after this window. I had asked for a tracking number several times to be fobbed off and not given this and there seemed to be very little care from Home Done for how long it was taking.

Avoid at all costs. Sofa outside delivery window, their chosen courier not delivering for 12 days. No offer from customer service to instruct a new courier. Customer service team promise to call you back and don't, and won't put you through to a manager. Would not recommend, buy from somewhere else!

The product is great, not too difficult to assemble. Just what I was expecting. However, the delivery took quite a bit longer than was suggested

Structural failure after 15 months and zero customer support.

I purchased a sofa from Home Done, and at just 15 months old, the internal structural wooden frame has broken through the seating area and pierced straight through the upper cushion, making it entirely unsafe and unusable.

On delivery, the company's couriers forced the sofa through my door, which caused lasting alignment issues meaning my front door still struggles to lock properly. Out of courtesy, I did not report the tight fit at the time as the sofa visually seemed "okay", but it is highly likely this rough handling caused a latent structural fracture that has only now fully failed.
The company is now using the fact that I didn't complain about the delivery at the time to claim I am completely out of options.

As a disabled individual, I rely heavily on proper, functional seating, and I used a specialised disability grant to pay for this sofa. Despite making the customer service advisor fully aware of my disability, how the item was funded, and the delivery circumstances, they completely refused to assist.They immediately closed my support ticket on the grounds that it is past their 12-month store warranty, completely ignoring their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Furthermore, Home Done is not registered with the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman, meaning they have blocked off any independent dispute resolution route.

Avoid buying large furniture items from here if you expect them to last, want reliable consumer protection, or expect basic empathy.

Refund process is very, very poor. They are quick to respond by email requesting photos, proof of postage, delivery etc but when this is provided immediately they do not acknowledge or respond to emails. I waited for a response before posting this review, & notified them of this but still no response. This is appalling customer service. HomeDone now have the goods, unopened, which I paid to return, and they also have my money! If I do not hear from them within 5 days I will seek legal advice.

Two payments taken.
Communication almost zero since purchase.
Delivery date 2nd -8th July. 12th July and I’m still waiting.
Email said my order has been dispatched, yet the delivery company said not yet received.
Won’t purchase from your company ever again.

A huge disappointment.
DO NOT order from these guys. Its been nothing but a headache. Since my order on 23rd June, I requested the return of an item I had already purchased elsewhere. Today,10th July, I am still awaiting my refund and the return tracking number so I can add it to my returns via Klarna. I have emailed 4-5 times, been ignored and told originally my refund would take up to 10 working days. Then told the money had bounced back (never happened to me before), then told another 2-3 working days, this was Monday, its now Friday and there's still no sign of my money. Terrible service. Not to mention I was supposed to receive the products personally, I was told this by the customer service team, this definitely didn't happen. Products were dumped in my front garden without even so much as a knock on the door (i was home). Never again will I order anything from homedone.

I`ve given 5 stars as Home Done themselves are really very good, keeping the customer informed, very friendly and helpful. Dining Room table was well constructed and fairly easy to assemble. The only exception being that the Assembling Instructions needed clearer and slightly larger pictures showing where the table legs are fastened to. The only down side to Home Done is their courier/delivery service who do not keep the customer informed and tend to think that they can deliver at any time without notifying the customer.

The cushion was for a slatted wooden bench. The ordering and delivery process worked well. The 3 seater cushion that arrived was exactly as shown and described. The only reason not to give 5 stars is that the ties on the cushion that tie it to the seat are positioned right at the corners and edges, which means that they do not work particularly well tying to the slats. I got the ties out, repositioned them and sewed them back in so that they are now more effective in tying to the beach slats.

Arrived on time. The quality of the leather is tip top. After reading some reviews I was unsure of ordering the chair but I’m glad I did

Avoid! They're complete scammers.

After confirming my order multiple times to make sure everything was correct, they still arranged to send the wrong colour sofa. When I cancelled because of their mistake, they tried to charge me for a failed delivery attempt. They were looking for reasons to charge extra fees. It was completely unjustified and I would not have this.

The whole experience was stressful and shocking. The sofa was eventually delivered, but the quality is poor and it's like sitting on a rock. Definitely will be replacing!

I was a bit sceptical and worried reading the reviews after purchasing but overall very happy . I ordered a 4 seater sofa which unfortunately was not exactly as described but close enough and nothing majorly wrong ( the picture showed 4 separate base cushions but sofa came with 2 large base cushions and the arms of the sofa were higher in the picture) . Order arrived within 2 weeks of purchase as described, delivery guys were pleasant enough , they called me when they were 1 hour away which was great. I don't expect delivery drivers to stop and chat and be all sunshine and rainbows ...after all , they are very busy people and I can't imagine lugging heavy furniture here there and everywhere + driving hours on end is a recipe for cheerfulness lol so I don't blame them for wanting to get the job done and get going asap . Overall a good experience with home done - thank you
