HKUK Bewertungen

My kitchen door/drawer replacement project started with local firms but they made it clear they were only really interested in installing a brand new kitchen. I luckily found HKUK and then researched it, read the multiple good reviews and thank goodness I did. I cannot fault HKUK and especially my contact Marie. From start to finish the service we have received has been excellent. Not only is the quality of the doors/drawers better than those I am replacing but they are half the price of the local firms. Also, I made a mistake with my measurements and the replacement door and drawer have been ordered and supplied in super quick time. You will not be disappointed with this firm.

Great company to work with, clear and concise and keen to put the customer first and provide an excellent service. Kept me updated throughout and was even give a personal review of the product I was buying as he had one in his kitchen.

Very helpful identifying the correct hinges. Ordering was easy, delivery on time and hinges a perfect replacement.
You don't often get a Company so efficient and helpful.
Thank you Marie for all your assistance and communication.

Trying to replace an old kitchen door was difficult as no one had the design until I came across this company. The service that I received was fantastic and the replacement door was perfect in everyway, size, colour and match.

Will definitely use and recommend you in future

Great notifications for a correct item first time. Accurate description of items well packed and delivered when promised really good experience

I replaced all my kitchen doors and drawer unit front. There were a good selection of styles and colours to choose from. The communication with the office from the beginning, ordering and then later the installation team was excellent. Quality and price of the refurbishment was great. I would highly recommend this company.

Had to buy a stainless steel wall vent for an Alicia downdraught hob unit, ordered Monday evening and received Wednesday morning and kept fully informed throughout. Excellent service, would definitely use again 👍.

Had to buy some new hinges and it was really confusing, tried the live chat and was through to a really helpful and knowledge person and was soon on my way with three hinges, paid for PayPal and was much cheaper than I expected.

Tried several Companies trying find replacement kitchen cupboard door. HKUK had good range of sample colours. Communication good between myself & their office. Found & ordered exact match. Arrived safely & well packed. Thanks again HkUK.

I was faced with trying to match new doors with an existing 10 year old Howdens Saponetta kitchen in cream. HKUK provided several colour and finish samples and ultimately provided doors that are indistinguishable from the existing ones in colour and design. The delivery was prompt, cost very reasonable and staff so helpful. It wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

What an amazing company. After receiving the order I had a call to confirm whether I needed plates with the hinges. As it happened I didn’t.
What company bothers with that kind of detail?
Then regular e Mail updates.
Just brilliant.

Had difficulty finding a piece of cornice to match a 12 year old kitchen until I happened upon Hamiltons on the internet. Phoned with enquiry….sent a photo to confirm it was the right piece……had confirmation within 15 minutes. All ordered online and delivered when promised. Thanks to a very helpful lady, Hannah.

Great customer service from Hannah, order arrived in good time, all correct and I'm very pleased with the quality of the doors which fit perfectly.

we needed a cupboard door to match what we already had (MFI approx 28 years old) and HKUK came up trumps. They were great to deal with, the price was really good and the quality outstanding.

I ordered a classic kitchen cornice, it arrived in time and was exactly what I needed. I even changed the delivery address and this was no problem hkuk were happy to help and couldn't be more helpful. I will definitely use again

Had broken hinges, but didn't know what to order.
Sent photo of hinges, got the exact replacement. Very good price, and as promised delivery.

Good prices and even better service. One part was missing from my parcel, yes it caused a little inconvenience, but mistakes happen its how it was corrected that meant more. Hannah went all out to get the part to us on time, dispatched in just few hours for next day delivery. She really saved the day! Thanku

Hi hannah, new hinges worked a treat… the ones they replaced were expanding fix, so I had to dowel and re drill the door, but all sorted… happy mother in law 😀😀😀thanks again for amazing service…

Excellent web site, great range of products - easy to traverse and find products!
Once I had selected and ordered (which again was very simple) I received consistent updates from HKUK on the state of order from confirmation - ergo have we got it right to its picked, packed and despatched and then from the courier once it had passed to them!
My order arrived bang in the middle of the time-slot I was given so in all 48hrs from placement of order and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg!
Brilliant service all the way
I will be back

Good website. Happy with the product, price competitiveness, communication and delivery
