Unfortunately, I couldn’t get on with the wedge pillow I ordered. After several nights of trying but not sleeping, I requested a refund from Hiquo. Initially I had an email back asking for more details about the issue. I responded within a day giving my feedback & requesting return instructions. Frustratingly, after two weeks and four emails asking for a response, I’ve heard nothing. I will now be taking this matter up with my credit card provider.

The only thing that fixed my GERD. Over the past few years my reflux issues have only gotten worse. Waking up with a raw throat, constant sleep disturbances, and not to forget the many sleep deprived mornings!

I tried pushing through but came across Hiquo and it’s the only thing I’ve found that made a real difference. The medications and diets just never fixed it for me, but after using Hiquo’s Wedge Pillow, my reflux episodes dropped significantly. And now I haven’t had one in the past 7 days, after only using it for 2 weeks!

It has seriously changed my relationship with sleep, and I’ve advised all my friends suffering with similar issues to give it a chance.

After buying different products and pillows I finally purchased the Hiquo! I was skeptical as I felt this was the last resort for me…. Nothing helped my snoring… I used it and I have not looked back…. I cannot believe the results! I have not snored since!! Excellent service and quality! I go camping and planning on purchasing a second one! I am sooo happy with my pillow… it’s worth a try if you have Sleep Apnea!!

I was really sceptical about buying this because nothing else had worked for me. But after the first night, my wife said I hadn't snored at all. I've been using it for a month now and the difference has been amazing. I wake up feeling so much more refreshed and honestly wish I'd bought it sooner. I tell all my friends and family about it because it's made such a huge difference to my sleep.

My husband has been snoring for years. This arrived quickly but came without the neck pillow attached but the company were great I reached out they sent me one and refunded 10% as gesture of goodwill! Happy to say his snoring is gone WAY down and both sleeping better.. recommend this company

It does really seem to be working. I get really bad reflux during the night which causes me to snore a lot (to the delight of my partner) I bought this pillow on the off chance that it would reduce my reflux and snoring and after a few days of adjusting to the new sleeping angle my reflux is way more manageable and my snoring is apparently a lot more quiet now. Worth trying!

So I ordered some weeks, 8 May. Shipped quickly on 9th, and here we are still not delivered. Log into shipping website and cannot track. In Chinese. Says may arrive by 17th July. So I guess we wait and see. So that is 5+ weeks to deliver by fast shipment. We shall see. Will update with news.

Be very wary. This company claims that their wedge pillows help those with sleep apnea and can do away with the need for CPAP machines. This is obviously very tempting for people who have to rely on CPAP, myself included. However they do not suit everyone. The company does NOT adhere to the guaranteed returns policy. As well as completely ignoring a lot of correspondence and suggesting use for two weeks - which for me would have meant two weeks without sleep - if the customer persists, as I did, I was offered only a percentage of the purchase price plus the pillow to keep, which I had made very clear that I did not want. I feel that this company behaves in a way that is both exploitative and fraudulent. It does not keep its promises. I think that it also removes negative reviews from eg Facebook and Instagram where it does a lot of its advertising.
