If i could give a zero i would, we paid for the bundle so we had enough strips of sticky pads but we have had to use a new one each night, the chin strap does not work. This is proberly the worst item i have ever brought. When it arrived no branding and its identical to the one i brought of aliexpress right down to packaging ,device ,even instructions but the cost was only $20. We brought the one of restwell as it was a nz company offering thier own device but no its just a drop shipping company with no input to the making designing or any part of the device. Now for Sharron who you have to deal with as there is no one else i found to to be very rude un helpful and chooses to not respond after i have said it is not working and the sticky pads do not last 1 night let alone 6 nights. I showed her a picture of “thier device” and the one we purchased from china no reply . I hope this saves someone thier money as this company is terrible with faulse claims and reviews . Currently waiting for details of how to return this device wonder how long Sharron with take . DO NOT BUY

It works well I don’t wake up snoring with the apnea mask on with my mouth open, dry mouth and the machine whistling but the adhesive pads are giving me a rash under my chin that i can’t get rid of🥺I’ve had it for about a month

I bought this product and tried it a few nights, following the instructions. I cannot sleep with it on, it keeps waking me up and I dislike the sensation and also the location is uncomfortable. I have politely asked for a refund and to return the item, multiple times and keep being ignored, despite their money back guarantee. I am not happy.

Well I be dipped. After numerous emails and consumer advice and commerce advice and advising of a personal visit to confront this scam.
I got my refund.
Be aware.

Absolute piece of junk. When it stays on it helps but that doesn't last long. The patches which are supposed to last 7 days don't last 7 hours.
Company says it has a return policy and a return division which you never hear from when you want to return it for a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

CLASSIC ALIEXPRESS DROPSHIPPING SCAM - DO NOT BUY

The entire website is ai slop, it ships from China, not New Zealand - the product you will end up receiving is a crappy little plastic thing that costs at most $20 from AliExpress & it weighs nothing. There is no RestWell branding on the product whatsoever, which is a massive red flag for drop-shipping nonsense. My mum fell victim to this and we will be trying to get her money back one way or another.

If you happen to fall for this I would try to request a chargeback from your bank asap, or get in contact with the appropriate NZ consumer protection organisations, as I've heard the person who runs the "business" refuses any kind of refund.

The Restwell experience was horrible. My wife ended up with severe rash and swelling of throat. The website states that 100% refund given if not satisfied with product. Despite several emails requesting refund, no response from sellers.
Sharron was initially helpful with suggestions on how to use product but has gone completely silent since request for refund.
The product may work for some, fine but if it doesn't then refund should apply as per their own website.

People please take note, this website or so called company is really a major scam.
The product is pitiful doesn't work extremely small, cheap made and faulty sticker pads that just fall off. you only have to look at the fake photo's to see the placement of item. Chin,throat,neck which is it.
When you try to return 30 day policy you the customer is forgotten no number, No email reply just a pack of thieves.
