I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided by Mohammad Samad, the Service Adviser.
Unfortunately, I was provided with information regarding the issues with my vehicle that was later confirmed by the manager to be incorrect. This raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the information I was given and the overall handling of my case.
Despite making several attempts to contact Mohammad by email and telephone, my messages and calls were not returned. On the occasions when I was able to speak with him, I found his communication to be rude and unprofessional. On one occasion, he disconnected the call while I was still speaking, which I found particularly unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect clear communication, accurate information, and a professional and respectful approach. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of these expectations.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how my case was handled, as well as the standard of customer service provided.

As discussed during your visit, warranty cover does not extend to items considered to be wear and tear. Nevertheless, we believe the repair solution offered to you was fair and represented a genuine effort on our part to assist in resolving your concerns.
We are naturally disappointed that you have felt your experience warranted this review, particularly as we have sought to be helpful and provide a reasonable solution. We remain committed to treating all customers fairly and addressing concerns wherever we reasonably can.

My husband had a bad experience , one of the sales advisers, was particularly disappointing.
I booked my car in for a service check and also asked for a valuation. Initially, he was very pleasant and helpful. However, after discussing the cost of the repairs, I felt his attitude changed.
He repeatedly told me that my car was worth £1, which I found unnecessary and disrespectful. What made this even more confusing was that he then offered me £5,500 for the car.
I also felt that I was being spoken down to and was repeatedly told to “calm down”, despite remaining calm and reasonable throughout the conversation.
Overall, I found the interaction disappointing and not the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect.

I had a really positive experience dealing with Mark Graham at Hills of Woodford Toyota. I originally called about a Toyota Yaris, but unfortunately it wasn’t available. Mark was really helpful and took the time to suggest another car that suited what I was looking for.
He was friendly, approachable and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. He was happy to answer all my questions and made the whole process really easy and straightforward.

From reception desk staff members who welcome you and sign you in, the fantastic mechanics who record easy-to-follow videos explaining the servicing and repairs, to customer service advisors, this year Claire Denning, I can’t praise Hills of Woodford Toyota enough. Pricy but worth it.. courteous good service
Right since i email enquired as to when my car was due for servicing, and up to when i paid online and collected my car, Claire Denning, was detailed and courteous in explaining n clarifying, suggesting and also booking my car in. Whilst being serviced, i was sent clear Videos and updates. I also asked Claire for a call back which she did promptly, n again was clear n courteous. Toyota charges are high, but its worth the detailed checks they do and for later peace of mind. I highly recommend Hills of Woodford service centre. I was only unhappy that they discontinued the wash n vacuum service they offered earlier.

Sufi was great, he helped me through the purchase of my first car and made it incredibly stress free - I really didn’t feel any pressure, yet felt that all my options had been clearly explained to me. He kept me in the loop between my test drive and delivery dates, co-ordinating with the workshop team to ensure that everything was perfect before the delivery date. I was also really impressed as I had some trouble figuring out the Dashcam, and both Sufi and Barrington were really happy to make time for me if I needed it to come back in. Thankfully was able to sort without an impromptu visit, but was really reassuring to know I could get back in touch and expect a rapid response like this. So far, so good driving it around!
