The shop manager (I think he was the manager) was so kind and patient and helpful. He was happy to walk round the shop with me showing me items I might be interested in and helping me measure things and answering multiple questions.

Fantastic product and absolutely superb…
Fantastic product and absolutely superb customer service by Ollie. I love buying local especially when it’s a family business and Ollie couldn’t have been more helpful - I looked at the table & chairs in the afternoon, sent a message via their website & got an answer immediately - my midday the following day, they were set up on my decking! Seamless service & a lovely guy. We’ll be returning soon as they have an amazing selection. Thankyou again.
