Very happy with our new garden room. The team from start to finish worked professionally and to a high level. All went smoothly and we are enjoying our new garden room.

We had a fantastic experience working with the team at Hideaway Garden Rooms from start to finish. Communication during the design stage was prompt, professional and solution-focused — every request we made, from upgrading to a wider set of sliding doors to adding LED lighting and air conditioning, was handled smoothly and at fair additional cost. Among all the companies we spoke to, their responsiveness and efficiency stood out.

The build itself was well managed with steady daily progress and regular updates. The on-site team were friendly, respectful and clearly took pride in their work. Aftercare has also been excellent — we’ve always felt they’re willing to go the extra mile to ensure the space remains safe and comfortable.

Both the interior fit-out and exterior composite cladding were finished to a high standard, and the garden room has completely transformed our outdoor space. It looks beautiful day and night and feels like a truly worthwhile investment.

We’re especially grateful to Mark, Matthew, Steve, Matt and John for their support throughout. It’s been a pleasure working with such a committed and capable team — we highly recommend them.

My new office is fantastic. Hideaway Garden Rooms were 100% focused on the job, they were onsite everyday from start to finish and clearly took pride in delivering a great product. I had only recently moved into my home and was concerned that the building work in the garden might disrupt my new neighbours...now that the build has finished ALL of my neighbours have gone out of their way to tell me what fantastic workmen were onsite, they were considerate and friendly and all my neighbours were impressed by their work ethic.

I chose Hideaway to build a garden office and gym building at our property in London.

They were courteous and professional throughout the work and we had continuous dialogue ensuring that my wishes were reflected in the design. We wanted Aircon for the office and the space is irregular in size which the Hideaway team accommodated as part of their design, demonstrating their flexibility and adaptability to customer requirements.

I consider the price of their offering fair reflecting the all in solution. I feel that the quality of the build was very high and much better than some of the cheap plastic flat-packed solutions. Having seen the quality of the foundation and the structural design I expect the building to last for decades.

The only thing i'd do differently is that i'd probably consider having Hideaway install the internet cabling and window blinds at the same time. I saved some money doing it myself but both of them were quite a hassle to install by myself. My decision caused a delay in fully utilising the space which i would have avoided had i chosen Hideaway to do that work.

Mark and Matthew were both professional, polite and very helpful throughout the entire process, from first enquiry to completion of the build. Communication was excellent all round, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the garden room which was suitable for us, including making adjustments and suggestions as the build developed. Would 100% recommend.

I had to leave a review because these guys are the best! They went above and beyond to create the most beautiful outdoor living space for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They worked so hard all day and the eye to detail was beyond expectations. They are the best in the business !
