We recently used GLC for our wedding car hire, and the experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish. We had two stunning Range Rovers and a sleek Mercedes all driven by professional chauffeurs who truly went above and beyond. What really stood out to us was how accommodating the

My family and I are pleased to recommend Grand Luxury Chauffeurs for any occasion. On each occasion we have used their services, we found their customer service, attention to detail and welcoming personnel truly excellent, and the comfort and luxury of their cars second to none!

The company seemed good at first. Booking was easy with very fast responses to emails. Unfortunately, the wrong car was provided to me on the day. The car provided was £50 less than the car I had booked for the day. There was no communication to me at all that my chosen car was not available and I was not informed at any point that the car provided was a different car. After looking at photos of the event the next morning, I questioned why the car was a different colour to the car booked. Upon reviewing the website, I saw that the car provided was the Rolls Royce Phantom Black which is priced at £50 less than the car that I booked (Rolls Royce Phantom Series II EWB). I contacted the company straight away that morning and received no response the whole day. I then submitted my concern through the website and still heard nothing back. The chauffeur provided was very polite and patient but regularly texting on his phone whilst driving to and from the destination. Overall, I feel very let down by this company and would not use again.

From booking to actually hiring thier service the whole experience was well planned in a timely manner as discussed with the staff. Everything was well organised to our expectations the cars were decorated, were immaculately well presented you actually felt like a million dollars. Our driver was very professional and friendly, by far the best ive used so far.

I had an incredible experience with Grand Luxury Chauffeurs for my sister's wedding. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our ride special. They allowed us to choose the music, creating a personalized and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, they provided cold water bottles to keep us refreshed during the journey. I would definitely use their services again; they made the day even more memorable and enjoyable.
