This is a really impressive company
This is a really impressive company. We bought a bathroom cabinet from them and over the years have had a few problems regarding the door lights. Without quibbling they have sent replacement doors and hinges. For some reason we are still having difficulties so they are now replacing the entire unit although it is well out of guarantee. Sarah in Customer service is extremely helpful and easy to deal with. If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely amazing that they are prepared to replace something which has been problematic, well out of guarantee with no quibbling.

The Hib team were very helpful. I submitted photos off my bathroom cabinet which clearly showed desilvering and thy have offered to send out new unit due to damage and guarantee on item. Pleased with how easy this was to resolve. Thanks Hib for making things simple
Great customer service
Our bathroom cabinet middle light and heater stopped working on 2nd January and i sent an email about it as it was under 2 years old asked if it was covered in warranty. I enclosed a copy of receipt, picture of faulty unit and serial number and hard to believe a replacement arrived the next day. Now back in working order.

Bought two bathroom mirrors in 2019
Bought two bathroom mirrors in 2019. The silvering came off one after 3 years and the other one after 6 years.
The first mirtor was replaced but HIB didn't want to know about the second one. They city £400 each. Very poor and not fit fir purpose
HIB fabrica wall hung cabinet
HIB fabrica wall hung cabinet in midnight blue installed in june 2021. The wood front on the drawers has started to fray where the grooves are. Side panel has started to lift. Handles have started to tarnish. I contacted HIB and was told its a 2 year guarantee so they wouldnt do anything.
This cabinet is in a bathroom so i feel its not fit for purpose and would not recommend buying.
My magnifying mirror developed a fault…
My magnifying mirror developed a fault with the button/sensor. When I emailed the company they were extremely helpful and provided a replacement for the mirror. Clearly they stand by their products and have been a joy to communicate with, including Sarah at Customer support.
Failed LEDs impossible to replace
We purchased this company's Vanquish 50 cabinet six years ago for £566. About three years ago the LED lights started to fail. Only about half are now working. I have contacted the company, enquiring how I am to set about replacing the LEDs, only to be told that replacement is not possible. This is a ridiculous situation. It should not be beyond HiB's ability to redesign the cabinet to facilitate LED replacement. Failing this they might have the common decency to state clearly in their literature and advertisements that replacement of the LEDs is not possible.

Excellent service
We have an illuminated bathroom mirror, which had the silvering failing around the edges. Emailed Sarah who told us that although the product was obsolete they still had some spare mirrors. She supplied a part number and we were able to order one of these from our nearest stockist. Excellent service from Sarah.

I phoned for some instructions on a bathroom vanity unit, was asked to email product support who got back very quickly and provided the info I needed. No complaints!
Great customer service, shame about the fault
Unfortunately, I have a fault with my mirror cabinet. A buzzing noise from one of the doors after just 4 months. However, when explaining this to their sales department, Sarah was extremely helpful and has sent a replacement door out. She's an asset to the company. Would have been 5 stars for customer service, but knocked off a star due to the fault
Fabulous customer service
I purchased a Hib illuminated bathroom cabinet 7 years ago and it recently stopped working. I contacted product support for advice and got a speedy reply from James. After I provided some photos of the cabinet, James diagnosed the fault and offered to send out replacement parts free of charge, despite the cabinet being well past the warranty period. Absolutely fantastic customer service!
Great customer support
I have a couple of the HIB EXOS 60 products. They provide such a great finish to any bathroom. Recently one of them started showing small black marks on the edge of one of the doors. I got in contact with their product support and spoke to Sarah. She dealt with the issue efficiently and professionally. It's not often you get this great level of service from a company.

High-Quality Cabinets and Customer Support
We purchased an Exos 60 and an Exos 80 LED Illuminated Mirror Cabinet a few years ago. The products are excellent quality, arrived well packaged, and we have been very happy with them ever since.
Recently, we contacted the customer service team regarding some desilvering on one of the cabinet doors. Sarah was extremely helpful and quickly arranged for a replacement door to be sent out under the 5-year warranty.
Overall, both the products and the customer service have been outstanding — highly recommended.
Purchased a Hib extractor fan
I bought a Hib extractor fan for my en-suite 5 years ago, however I recently contacted Hib concerning a fault. The lady with initial S that dealt with me was efficient and provided a quick response, where I was given a replacement part. Albeit it has been approx 5 years Hib still look after their customers, I am very impressed, thanks S for your support.
