Used company a few times for loans, made all my payments on time. Got an email from them that I can renew and based on excellent payment history I can request a higher amount. I requested a loan amount $100 more then I usually request for and was denied. False advertisement and lies. Will no longer be doing business with this company.

Applied 2 days ago and have heard nothing not impressed or quick at all and still no response

I had good success with my first loan, but paid out my 2nd or 3rd loan early & they constantly sent me emails to get a new loan, but when I tried to get a new loan, they declined it saying that I had an active loan, which I didn't. 3 days ago I sent them a couple of emails showing confirmation of my loan being paid out. No response at all. I followed up with a couple of more emails & 3 days later I still have had no response.

I paid my loan in full. I accidentally sent them an e transfer of $142.03 in error and it’s been over a week and they have yet to send it back!

I was promised $2500 loan thomas emailed me everyday and said pay off $250 which I did. I expressed that was the only money I had all week for my kids and I. He promised I would have the money in less then 20min. This was Saturday I sent him the money and he now since won’t reply to any of my emails. I have four kids and have to get through the week with nothing now. I am
So upset I expressed over and over please don’t let this be a scam. Now I have nothing I am so upset

Fast and convenient loans

Stay clear from this company they are absolutely scammers I had a loan with them and just owed two payments and received an email from them stating that I was eligible for a 2500 dollar loan so I replied and thomas green advised Me that I need to send 250 to receive this loan this 250 was my car payment now they won't reply to my.emails and have ghosted me this is unacceptable and I have filed a complaint against them.

Fraud company they lie, they threaten do not touch this company no matter how desperate you are. You can’t trust anything they say and Thomas Evergreen is the worst one. There is no phone number or anything else other than an email that they barely respond too. I have reported them and anyone else that has had issues should do the same.

I had a loan with this company and ran into an issue with my bank and pays and couldn't make my last few payments. I told them in 6 days, I could pay off my loan but instead they offered me a consolidation loan in which I would send half the amount, then they would send me $2500 and include the remaining of my first loan into the second. I did stress that the money I am sending is all I have for the week and Thomas Evergreen told me not to worry as they wouldn't put an offer like this in writing if they weren't going to commit as they didn't want to lose other clients or not gain new ones. This is my warning to all, DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They will not do as they say and will just ignore you when you are trying to get ahold of them. Now I am left for the week without anything because of their false promise which I guess is on me for trusting them. STAY AWAY!!

was told if i repay, i would be able to get a new loan right away, paid, and they have since ghosted me. will not respond to anything now when i was back and forth with them every couple of minutes. now nothing and i am out my money.

They are not responsive to emails. They have no phone number to reach them. They tell me I can re-borrow but yet they don't response. I've been waiting for 5 days now for a reply. Heyday team, if you see this, please reply to emails if you want to keep your clients.

Well my loan was approved, they have me sign the contract, link my bank account, and send the contract back. I don’t hear back from anyone since the contract was sent to me so I decided to follow up just wanting some sort of update. They finally answer my multiple emails saying my application has been temporarily declined.. despite having already been approved and contract signed. Funny- they send another email saying leave a 5 star review and you’ll receive VIP service… Sorry but you have to earn a 5 star review- not use the notion of getting a better service if you leave one first. Won’t be using them again.
