I had a loan with them. Paid off in full.
Was promised that I could reloan
After paid in full.
Filled out the reloan application and ibv as asked then denied for 30 days
Then they send out a email saying a am approved not pre approved a approved for a loan just fill out the ibv again. Then instantly denied.
Try to contact the support team and really weak with the response.
Just a over all frustrating experience.
Only in a last min pinch would i consider this company for a loan
There are way better options available out there

One big scam. Sign the documents, they said funds in 30 min. Next day still nothing and wont reply to e mails or answer calls. What a joke heyday loans is

Do not use this company. They do not respond to emails. Recommend their sister company starpay and they do not respond. I’ve had to report to stop payments on both companies just to get them to email me.

STAY AWAY heydayloans are fraudster stealing personals info and id and bank inv private info. They will say you approved to let them ibv steal your bank info and to get your personal id cards by email. then once they stealed your personals info and id cards they write you a email that you aint approved but refused.... SCAM FRAUDSTER

If you or someone in your family has a medical emergency, where its life altering and have to take medical emergency leave from work, AND you've been a long time customer to them, your loyalty nor your explanation will get you approved. So dont fall into their trap. They will keep emailing you telling your great and all, but they wont approve. They lost a long time, loyal customer in me.

SCAMMERS. Communication from “Julie”, Ella Mason, Sophia Bennett and Thomas Evergreen completely stopped after the contract was signed. FUNDS WERE NEVER RECEIVED.

Scammers, never give the funds but then go in and take your funds out of your account. Be careful. Cancel all your approved applications. This is not a legit company. I don't know how they are not being investigated.

I have applied with Heyday loans many times and have always been approved with a higher amount each time. Fast approval process.

My first experience was great however; I signed the contract, spoke to someone on the phone and now I am being told I may not receive my funds until Monday when I have signed my contract and sent my application hours ago. Usually I have no issues but, today is a complete different experience, unfortunately.

The process was Easy, simple , smooth and quick to complete !
