Polite and efficient service. There were a number of updates that needed to be made to the electricity outputs in the house and the electrician from Hexo was friendly, helpful and did the job to a high standard.

Good service
They were prompt in coming out and got the results back to usafter a couple of days. The work we needed doing was £670 which was very fair price. A different engineer came today and did the work he was tidy and explained everything. Good customer service from them. I was very happy with hexo and would use them again

Trustworthy Firm
We had Hexo out to do a ECIR at our rental property. It passed 5 years ago. I was amazed when i received there report as it said there were many C2 faults and that the remidials including a new fuse box will be nearly £900.
I was very doubtful, so i had the report checked over by a family freind, who said they were absolutly right. He looked over the report and around the property and said there were regulation changes and that the previous inspector also missed. No water bonding and fire rated down lights.
He reconed the price was pretty good, so ive had the work done by Hexo.
A very good experience overall, but you do wonder how somw contractors get there licences.
Beware, use a good firm like Hexo

Superb experience from Hexo
Hexo hit the mark on all fronts. They were professional and flexible on the initial call to book in a time, they followed through with a reminder call and to give me more information about the visit so I knew what to expect. The engineer who arrived was polite, professional and was careful not to disturb me while I was on work calls and finally they turned around the report quickly. All in all top notch!
