PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company is a scam I ordered shoes over a month ago and have not received them, customer service do not respond to emails. I have also requested a full refund Scam Scam Scam . They really don’t deserve a 1 they need to be band from selling.

This company is BS!! I ordered some shoe and it said 25 days...Kool! It's been over a month and still no shoes! I started tracking number and they said they delivered the shoes days before...lies! I than find a number but of course it was out of service 😡 needless to say...I had to call my bank for a refund!

I had the same experience as Cindi C who wrote a review. DO NOT order from this company. Very Cheap shoes and impossible to return. They told me the same thing they told Cindy about returns. I wouldnt ever give these shoes to any one I know!!!

First, you should know that this company is not located in the United States. They operate directly out of China. I can't say exactly how I stumbled upon their website, but I really thought their shoes were cute. I halfway looked at their ratings (all good, of course). What I didn't realize was that they seemed a little suspicious (the names were *** out). Also, I didn't realize that there was no obvious estimated time of delivery. Come to find out that the reason they take so long to get to you, is because they ship directly from China. You will have no idea where they are until they get to the U.S. and even then, it's quite confusing.

Let me be clear, the shoes aren't bad looking, but if you need to make a return or exchange, good LUCK!

I am a half-size, and when I inquired about half-sizes, they suggested that I order a size up. Okay, not a problem. Done. Weeks later (and I mean weeks!), I'm excited to finally get them, slide them on and they are WAY too big.

How do I return these? We are in China. Can you keep them? Can you give them to a friend as a gift? Can we give you a small credit on your next purchase? Well, after much back-and-forth with the representative, I finally got the address to return them to the vendor. I'm going to check on the cost to return them, but honestly, if it is this much trouble to make a return or exchange, it isn't worth doing business with this company in the first place.
