I’m very disappointed with my experience with Crush Prints. It has been over two weeks and my order still hasn’t shipped.

They provided a tracking number, but it’s just a FedEx label with no movement or updates. Every time I follow up, I get another excuse via email. There’s no phone number to call, which makes it even more frustrating to resolve the issue.

At this point, it feels like I’m just being strung along with no real answers. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Same as the others, cheap knockoff products that they refuse to return. Product sizing was off and the cheap iron on decal was awful. There is no actual size on the shirt. They made me send them pictures with a tape measure against the length and width of the shirt. They claimed it was ‘correct size’, what a laugh. Took forever to come from China (over 4 weeks) and they refuse to refund it. They stopped responding after offering me a discount off more of their junk they sell. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Size was wrong, they are taking zero ownership of this, offering a 10% discount to place another order after extended back and forth. Really bad experience. Also loose threads on shirt, cheaply made.

Absolute ZERO! Ordered from Neasalamis but receiving emails from Crushprints. Claiming their products are advertised under different lighting yet the shirt I ordered is different colors and lacks details.

Received the product and they are knock off Nikes. I simply reached out so I could return them since they have a 30 day return policy. Once I asked to return them they stopped responding. I started a dispute on PayPal now. Terrible company and all fake stuff!

I ordered 2 authentic NFL Eagles jerseys with super bowl LIV patches. When it came time to pay, it appeared as tho the only way to pay was on paypal. A foreign name came up as vendor. I dont have paypal. Immediate red flag. I wanted to purchase them so I entered my credit card number. It was processed but took over a month to get here.
They were both too small and one of the patches had the wrong super bowl number on it.
I sent them a message asking to return them, but got no response. I felt scammed.
I sent a couple of messages to crush prints customer service, but without any responses, I returned the jerseys to address listed. They didnt accept the package. It was returned to me unopened.
I continued to email them asking for return info. First one or two, got no response.
I entered a dispute with my credit card company. Now crushprints is saying they cant accept a return because there's paypal dispute. i dont have paypal.
I do ALOT of online shopping. I have never had such a terrible time returning an item.
If they would accept the return, there would be no disputes! Terrible, wrong product, minimal communication from customer service. Still unresolved months later. It's a scam. Beware!

Do not order from this company! They scammed me out of $70. I ordered a jersey online and it was never sent. They continued to send me messages about where my package was, but the link did work. When I try to cancel my order and ask for a refund, they just continued to say that my package was on the way. Total scam!

I ordered a size small shirt. It came and it looks like an adult large. Not only is it huge, it has loose threads all over the shirt. The fabric of the shirt is also quite cheap. I contacted the company multiple times to get a return started and a refund. The company refuses to let me return because its not a "bad quality item"... umm what? Its literally a bad quality issue if threads are coming out of a brand new shirt. I sent the photos and the support team admitted that there was an issue but refused to refund me but instead offered to give me 20% off a future order. I do not want to order from here ever again and HOPE someone else isn't screwed like I was. Definitely do not recommend ordering from this site.

Bought a baseball jersey that was supposed to have my name on the back. They put it in small letters on the front shoulder. I asked for a 50% refund due to severe dissatisfaction and they blew me off. It came from China in a little more than 2 weeks. Beware crappy company, shirt is very thin material.

Buyer beware, stay away from this company. Product is very cheaply made. I purchased a shirt and sticthing was horrible, print was off centered, seams were showing all over this shirt. The material looked and felt like cheap costume material. Customer No Service.....I must have been communicating with a BOT. They will not take returns. Please save your money and shop somewhere else.

I wish we’d never stumbled across the site. Deceptive! Their products are not made in the US nor are they made with any quality. They are made in China. Their representatives do email you back, however never come up with a solution to the issues. Their T-shirts are so cheap that the seams in the sleeves are barely sewn in plus they arrived with ink faded across the shirts. When customer service was notified of this, they asked us to wash them that it should fade after being washed a few times. What!?!!! Please do not order here!!!! It’s a scam! I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to write the review. They are not even worth a star!!! Horrible!!!

This site is Scam and Fraudulent, SO DO NOT ORDER or Even click. THE SITE should be shutdown not sure why this is still up and running. I ordered Tshirt neither delivered nor contacted by their customer support even I sent email 3 times, so I called my CC , got my refund.

I want to warn everyone to avoid buying merchandise from this site. The products are extremely poorly made—cheap materials, bad printing, and nothing like what’s advertised. Even worse, they do not accept returns under any circumstances, no matter the issue. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you’re stuck with it. Customer service is responsive but unhelpful. Don’t waste your money or your time. There are much better and more reliable options out there. Please share this with others so no one else gets scammed by this site’s deceptive practices and low-quality merchandise. Plus it is made incorrectly China, and they are being deceptive when they describe where the products are made and being shipped from.

The print arrived in a timely manner and was in good condition.

My order was canceled with no explanation. Then, I didn’t receive a refund and never got a reply from anyone when I sent an email and tried calling with no answer. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.

Terrific poster, speedy shipping.

I was super excited about the poster that I ordered for my classroom, but then it got cancelled. Still haven't seen my refund.
