I have been banking with HSCCU since 1999 and could not imagine going to any other banking institution. Great service, wonderful people, kind and caring staff. They are the best!

Their security is awesome. They have always been there when I needed a loan. And they are always very friendly and helpful.

I have been a member since 08/2012. I have always been treated with the upmost respect, have always been helped with any questions or concerns I have ever had with a sense of urgency and have always referred everyone to become a member with HSCCU. I may be partial but you all at the Lewisburg, TN branch deserve a raise & a bonus for being the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

Always friendly faces and helpful when we have questions

Heritage South is a great credit union. I have been a member for over 25 years. They have really grown and expanded in recent years, but they still maintain that small, hometown feeling that is so important in a financial institution. Their employees get to know their members, so you feel like a friend when you interact with them and not like you’re talking to a stranger or a detached person who is just there to collect a paycheck. I feel like they handpick their employees very carefully for that reason. As far as services they offer, I am very impressed. They have a great mobile app that has all the bells and whistles you could think of. And they’re adding new services all the time! That says a lot about their willingness to accommodate the financial needs of their members and keep up with an ever changing industry. I recently contacted them to add mobile deposit service on one of my accounts, and the employee had it done before we even ended the conversation. Couldn’t ask for better, quicker service than that!

Do not not pay same charges every month

Lewisburg branches have the best loan officers. Shelbyville has great customer service and drive-thru. The mortgage dept needs a lil more CSR.

I would love to have my loans with my main bank account but I will not try getting a loan where I have to pay to have the application processed. I think if you advertise we help when others will not then you do not need to charge for the application because that truly is not helping. I tried to get a car loan a couple of years ago had been banking for years at this bank when they said 25.00 application fee I said ummmm no thank you.

No longer feels like a small town credit union. Closed all the convenient locations and only kept the worst ones. App is horrible and customer service has become terrible the last few years.

Heritage South has supported me when my family wasn't able to help me, they helped me afford school, they helped me fix my credit, they helped me buy a car, they helped me buy a home. They watch for issues such as debit card fraud. They helped my brother buy a car when his back wouldn't. They help when others can't. Heritage South helped me when no one else could.

They know your name when you walk in there and the Ladys that have been there for awhile are great at their Job. I've been with them for 30ish years.

A problem I was experiencing because of being hacked.

The entire staff provides outstanding member service. The mortgage lenders were exceptional when my husband and I applied for a home equity line of credit.

Everyone is very nice when u go in and the lady that helped me was super nice. Been banking here for years and still happy.

I feel at home when I come in and feel comfortable if I need assistance. I am always treated as a loyal customer 😊

I went in for options on a car loan. Wasn't given any options other than finding a car and coming to the bank to get money during regular business hours.
