Excellent service. They always thank you for your being a customer 05and ask you to come back. Debbie Durick is my banker. She is knowledgeable same accurate always.

Haven’t been in the bank in a while, everything is handled over phone and in mail with Debbie Drewk. She takes care of me.

Excellent communication and customer service

It really should be a five star. The only thing I would be nitpicky about is the location is super inconvenient and I can only barely make it out there one time a week. We need a location on the Old Fort Parkway, Franklin Road side of town ASAP.

Heritage South Community Credit Union has been my credit union for 23 years. I love that they have such friendly welcoming faces when you go into their branches and when you call in you get a live representative . They are a one stop shop and offer anything product you are looking.

I love Heritage South! They made it easy to refinance my auto loan, saving me money every month. They also helped me with refinancing my mortgage. It was a bit of a unique situation, but they worked with me to get it right. I also love that they have real people working in their branches and I don’t have to talk to machines.

Overall the experience has been good. However, the new mobile banking app leaves a lot to be desired. There is absolutely too many steps and choices for logging in. Also, once at the dashboard new pop ups that are unnecessary.
