I am very happy with the parts. My only complaint is about excessive mailing costs. About $18 for ground shipping for 4 knobs that weigh nothing.

I believe it is unfair to the customer.

I had never dealt with Heritage before so I was a little apprehensive to place an order. I called to order a part for an oven. The operator asked if I had model and serial numbers and I replied. She told me the item was in stock and that it would ship out that day and I received it the following afternoon.
The oven was a vital piece of equipment that needed to be fixed so that we could continue to feed our patrons.
