Ordered a coat in plenty of time for Christmas but never arrived. Asked for refund and was never refunded. Do not use this company. Total con.

Absolute crooks. No goods arrived, despite several assurances that they were on their way. Then they blamed Christmas, Black Friday, the banks and anything else that they could think of to justify a refund delay.
Needless to say, no refund arrived either.

Ordered shoes in December and after several weeks waiting contacted them regarding my order, said looking into delivery and later offering a refund which has never materialised, seems like a scam to me now.

Ordered slippers before Christmas didn't arrive so sent e mail at start of January was told they would look into it. So far have heard nothing so ask for refund. No slippers or refund don't buy anything from this company because you will get nothing and no refund

Ordered boots in December but never received them. Advised would send a refund, but this never happened.
Despite sending emails, I never had any further contact from the company. Wish I had seen the previous comments first and noticed that the promised refund came from an @gmail.com address.

Ordered mens boots from this company Never received goods despite payment.Despite sending several e mails which have been totally ignored.This is a warning to anyone considering purchasing anything from this company not to do so it is a scam and understand its origins are from China.

I purchased a dress almost a month ago and hasn’t come I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago they advised they have refunded me but I haven’t received neither refund or the dress. Absolute scammers! Do not buy a thing from them.

I bought a pair of leather boots. Customer support email just kept bouncing back . No contact details. Advertising as a London company. Waited 4 weeks and no delivery. Scam. Chinese company. My Bank got me a refund . In my experience. Keep Clear!

bought a jacket but after reading reviews I realised it was a mistake! It was 4 weeks and still no jacket I emailed the company who kept saying it will arrive. Finally I asked to cancel my order and they told me the would refund me and cancel. It’s been another month now and still no refund !

Ordered two sets of shoes on 29 and 30 Nov. Nothing arrived yet. Customer service is waste of time. Cost nearly £100. Think I have lost my money.

Ordered mid November still not received item! Horrendous customer service! Do not recommend… don’t waste your money! Also website is so false advertised that they’re London based. Feel silly for not doing more research before ordering!

Awful!! Item was way too big - proportions were weird. Tried to return to find that the company is actually based in Shanghai - not in London as stated on their website. It would have cost £21 to return the item, when it was only £30 to begin with! Waste of time. So angry I didn't check on here first before ordering.

Items not as advertised. Fake Trustpilot reviews on the website.

Ordered the Rosaline leather coat. Took a while to arrive and when did it is certainly NOT leather, it’s plastic!!
Advertised as “ Crafted from premium leather” - absolute load of rubbish. Very poor cheap quality.

If you want to return they will only give you 30% refund as they charge you for a restocking fee and you have to pay the postage costs. You can keep the product though again will only refund you 30%.

Avoid this company.

Ordered shoes with a 2-3 day ‘express’ dispatch time. No shoes, so 2 separate emails sent requesting cancellation of order and refund. They haven’t even responded to either of the emails. Purchased through the ‘Shop’ app which is still showing the order as being prepared. 14 days now passed. Scam. Do NOT use

I bought a what looked like and was described as a vintage Autumn jacket with mole skin and leather. It took weeks to arrive and when it did I was extremely disappointed as it was paper thin material plastic look a like leather and very opposite of what they promoted. Now they aren’t replying my emails for a return and refund

Bought pair of waterproof boots, poor quality and too small. Contacted customer services to arrange replacement and was told to send them back to China and they would replace upon receipt. Their returns policy says that they would provide a returns slip / post, but this is not the case. Do not use this site
