Richard Dunne, my local Optident/Henry Schein representative is always friendly and helpful. He answers questions and educates regarding new products. When I order goods they are always delivered quickly, usually by the next day.

For us at Rochester Dental Clinic, Tommy always goes above & beyond for us to the point that all of our orders are through H.S now. We love the products & if Tommy isn’t sure when we have an issue he always knows someone that can help, we really like ordering with H.S as we know that Tommy is always going to check in with us to make sure all of our orders are correct. Many times when I was new in my job role as a practice manager, I would reach out to Tommy to ask for his help & advice with everything from navigating the website/ to the products.
