We recently purchased and installed a new Belmont dental chair at our practice, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

A special thank you to Claire Kyte, whose support throughout the process was exceptional. From the initial procurement discussions through to delivery and installation, Claire was responsive, proactive, and always available to answer our questions. She kept us informed at every stage, coordinated the logistics seamlessly, and ensured the entire process ran smoothly and efficiently.

We would also like to recognise Richard Bradnock, who carried out the installation. Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly committed to ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard. When a missing part was identified, he went above and beyond by returning early the following morning to resolve the issue, minimising disruption and ensuring our clinics could continue running without delay.

Based on this experience, we are planning to procure another Dental chair from them

We have used this DD group for service, several repairs and maintenance jobs at our clinic, and Mr. Michael Hendi’s work has been brilliant every single time. He is incredibly reliable and always manages to get our clinic back up and running with minimal downtime. His work ethics and technical standards are top tier. If you need a highly skilled dental engineer who gets the job done right, do yourself a favor and ask specifically for Mr. Michael Hendi!

The session was great, learned a lot of important things about first aid and different medical emergencies.

We were delighted to see that engineer John Mooney is back with DD and attended our practice in Glasgow early this morning! John is a fantastic engineer who always goes above and beyond. No job is too big or too small. He never leaves until the job is complete and gives us feedback on anything we are doing or not doing to maintain our equipment. He is a wealth of knowledge and an all round nice guy. Pleasure to have him here
