The staff are compassionate and…
The staff are compassionate and understanding, they welcomed me and my son and made him feel safe. I was able to discuss my son over video call in great detail and felt listened too. Once we recieved our appointments the whole process was very quick. The waiting through RTC is very long but i don't believe this is a fault of theirs.

Excellent from start to finish
I had a really positive experience with Help4Psychology when they assessed my son. From the very beginning they were incredibly professional, patient and sensitive. They took the time to really listen to us as a family and made sure our concerns were heard and understood throughout the whole process.
The assessment felt very thorough, and everything was explained clearly and compassionately.
