The service is excellent but not environment friendly
The service is excellent, food is fresh, recipes delicious, presentation fantastic. It helped me learn how to use different ingredients and try new things.
The only thing that makes me doubt is that all the packaging generates huge amounts of waste.

Give it a try! You’ll agree with me!
I was a bit sceptical at first but said I’d give it a try and so glad I did. I was shopping every week to the tune of nearly 200€ the following week I was throwing what I hadn’t used in the bin! With the hello fresh my husband says it’s like living with a chef! We don’t have the ordinary run if the mill meals anymore that I was loathing to cook!! Hello Fresh is fantastic and I haven’t been paid to say that!!

Dreadful so disappointing
Dreadful so disappointing. I’ve used HelloFresh in San Francisco they were fab . Wrong address called explained not listening happened again this week delivery truck does not have correct eircode not my fault. They are unwilling to credit my bank . Not my fault at all I’ve spoken to customer service 3times . I even went and picked up box and veg were slimy I have cancelled and will never use again .

The veggies I got for the meals were…
The veggies I got for the meals were old battered and bruised. When I signed up first it had the dietary preferences low carb and high protein, but when I pay for the subscription and get to picking the meals section it was all pasta, rice and potatoes, and wasn't suitable for me at all. And then there's the calorie conscious side of things where the "calorie smart" meals were still minimally 400-500 calories and that's without added oil, which there is a lot of in the recipes. When I made the meal it was delicious but this is not for people who have specific dietary requirements, although some may find it helpful.

Standards have dropped
We always love hello fresh , been a customer for many years, but last few months standards have dropped while prices have increased, one such example is last week we got the wrong meal packs delivered, furthermore, the cooking instructions didn't match the mean kits so was guesswork to try cook. More and more lately ingredients have been missing from packs meaning we need to reach out to customer care quite a bit

I love hello fresh it is great that you are given exactly what you need and there is no waste. I do wish they catered for meals for 1 but I just divide them u to 2 and have it the next day. There are some meals that would not be great re heated but I will manage as its the best thing I have done foodwise

Chicken is tough
Love the variety, love most of the food. The problem is the chicken is really tough. It’s so bad that it would stop me buying it in the future. Chicken is the main protein that we eat in my household. We will end up ordering less because of this.
