The staff in the office (kate and Claire ) were always friendly , polite and helpful, every time I phoned to queerie anything . They kept me updated throughout , even when my seller was being very difficult ,

On selling our house from the initial valuation to the final completion Clare and her team have given us service above and beyond our expectations.They have kept us informed all the way through and sorted any hiccups before the first hic. we would reccomend them to anybody.

Edwards fully delivered on selling my high value property in Swithland. Thanks to Clare and her team they helped save me thousands of pounds on traditional commission based agency fees and negotiated and then delivered on a sale at a price I was happy with. Whilst I appreciate some likely initial sale price and sale progression reservations with their low cost fixed fee proposition (which I had myself!) I’d compare their fee structure to that of a low cost passive financial investment that can still deliver market returns at lower fixed cost than traditional alternatives. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself to sell property as they provided great service and advice throughout the process and certainly helped me obtain a good fair market price. Their marketing helped generated a lot of interest in my property, they then managed the viewings, price negotiation (based on my guidance and agreement) and then ensured a timely legal completion of the negotiated sale; through regular sale progression updates and chasing of various the third parties involved to ensure a speedy exchange and completion, despite a few challenges along the way.

The team at Edwards are knowledgeable and very helpful. We have had a few properties through them now and every time it has been a pleasure to work with them.

Simply put, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I sold my house with them in 2017 and I was impressed with them then. I have just sold my current house with them and they were exceptional.

I originally chose them 5 years ago because I liked their pricing model, but I chose them this time because of the service and they exceeded expectations again.

I genuinely don't understand why anyone would chose a traditional agency with their ridiculous fees, neither do I understand why people choose online only agencies with no personal service and upfront fees taking away the incentive of an agency to sell your house.

These guys are genuinely shacking up the market and I hope they continue to grow because they deserve it.

They do what they say they will, they do it promptly, professionally, they achieved great prices both times, they clearly knew their stuff and particularly this time we had some tricky positions with us not having found a property ourselves. We then needed to act quickly to secure reserving a new build. We had to manage several tricky options with buyers and they navigated the situation perfectly.

First class service without the premium price. Anyone not using this company to sell their home must be mad
