The service and communication were good, and the purchase of the property was happily carried out to completion despite the significant difficulties that emerged throughout the process. These were no fault of the estate agency, but of external factors and England's insane house buying process and associated legal framework, which leaves the buyer totally unprotected. It all ended as well as one could hope, and I am thankful for the work that was carried out to make this happen. That said, to earn a five star review, I feel like there should have been more effort in helping to reach agreements that were satisfactory to all parties when difficulties arose. The agency took a very neutral approach, playing their part dutifully and in accordance with their obligations, but not really going particularly out of their way to ensure the sale went through with as many assurances to all parties involved as possible. As someone who has close family working in the housing market, I know this striving for the best possible outcome to be the hallmark of a truly great estate agency, something especially necessary in England, and I felt that it was somewhat lacking in this instance. Not to be unduly harsh, the service was good, just not five star good, for this reason.

The Loughborough staff worked cohesively as a team through an extended period of trying to sell, the buyers pulling out & turbulent emotions( customer's not theirs). They struck the right level of support, persuasion & regular feedback throughout the process & at a fair price. I will recommend them to family & friends going forward.

Clare and her team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. The turnaround time from marketing to the tenancy beginning has been a couple of weeks and all this was done without cutting any corners. The tenancy start date was done with no fuss.
