Stephanie was very helpful in refunding and cancelling my subscription. I didn’t really use atlas properly and customer support was happy to give me a refund. It was very easy and smooth process.

I noticed I was billed for the service despite not having used the AI recently. I reached out to their team, and they were very professional and handled the situation without any hassle. The charges were reversed quickly. I appreciate a company that stands by its customers and handles billing errors with such integrity.
