We have worked with Healy's on a number of transactions. They have proved themselves every time as professional, proactive and reasonable. I couldn't recommend them more.

I have recently work with Daniel Winslow who has made my lease extension a seamless process. I have felt informed and supported every step of the way. Daniel pushed on my behalf when things were taking longer than expected, managed my expectations on timelines with clear information and always ensured I was kept up to date. The whole process is quite confusing and I felt confident in Daniel and the team he works with. I would happily recommend Daniel to anyone who is about to take on this daunting process.

Jane Baker, Vicki Lambert, and the whole wonderful conveyancing team at Healys (Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, and Kimberley to name a few!) have been our absolute heroes through the complex sale of our flat and purchase of our first house.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this team are some of my absolute favourite people, and I trust them entirely. They are fantastically skilled at their jobs, give timely insightful communication, and are deeply caring. Being part of a chain is unbelievably stressful, and their good humour and expertise was a sanity anchor through it all.

Healys tend to have a large chain in copy, which means that asks and emails are always picked up super promptly. They keep really diligent records and this has always meant that the communication has been fantastic. They've gone above and beyond numerous times for us, adjusting and responding professionally to frankly surreal and unique situations caused by other parts of the chain - Kiri Kkoshi, Healy's Head of Real Estate, even intervened personally at one point to resolve an issue.

We used their services when we bought our flat originally four years ago and naturally ran straight to them when it became time to sell! I would never use anyone else at this point, and would highly recommend them to anyone working out who to go to for their conveyancing needs.

I asked Healys to help with selling my house on the advice of a neighbour. They were not the cheapest option but not the most expensive either, and to my mind well worth it. They got on with things promptly and were willing to listen and adapt to my particular preoccupations. My contact person had to change occasionally because of illness or holidays but they were all equally responsive.

I received a prompt response to my enquiry and appropriate advice as to how to proceed with my issue.

I went with Healys on the recommendation of my estate agents, even though I’d heard from several people not to go with a solicitor they suggest. But in this case, it turned out to be the right choice. My solicitor was Aljosa, with support from Morgan, and they were both great to work with.
