UPDATE (Jan 2026): Following my original review, the Legal Ombudsman has now concluded their investigation into my second complaint against Healys.

I am pleased to share that the Ombudsman ruled in my favour regarding the firm's handling of my complaint, awarding me compensation for "distress and inconvenience." While this doesn't undo the financial negligence I experienced, it is an official confirmation that this firm’s service fell below acceptable standards.
