Wonderful assistance with Jade!

I first called HealthyLine when I thought my grand neice might benefit from one of your PEMF products. I spoke with Jade and she is just so eager to help, so knowledgable re your products, as well as kind and a joy to speak with. Her generous nature with her desire to be of help to me and my sister in our calls with her, have been such a pleasure that we were very edndeared with HealthyLine just from our interaction with Jade! I have since spoken with Jade several more times for assistance with my controller and each time she has been so happy to help and a joy to speak with, brightening my whole day. I really can’t begin to express how happy I am with my HealthyLine product as a result of my converaations with Jade.

I have the TAO 1818 and I used it nearly 24 hours each day for almost 6 months straight. It helped me move from a place where I felt that I may be headed toward a wheelchair (fast) due to ongoing, worsening tendonitis in my hip, to the place now where I am starting to be able to exercise snd go for walks again after more than 5 years. I have been trying to recover from Chronic Fatigue for over 10 years and the pad has helped tremendously with that also. I am beginning to have endurance in activities, and am not having to recover my energy for days later. I have been able to cut back on the supplements I have taken for so many years that help me just barely make it through each day with the Chronic Fatigue. I’m amazed at the benefit I have received from the pad and I still use the pad daily. The pain is definitely almost gone and I have been using the pad only at night for about 5 months. My energy seems to have returned after so many years and I am experimenting with taking no supplements at all aince I have made so much improvement with using the pad. So far, so successful!! Thank you, Jade, for your encouragement and guidance re the pad, and thank you to HealthyLine for making the FIR pad! Thank you for the ways it has benefitted restoring my health!!

Great mat of great quality

Jade, who works for customer service is friendly and informative and takes her time to ensure you understand what you have asked about. Unfortunately someone has missed answering our recent email regarding why PEMF feature is not shutting off at 20 minutes on our second purchase, the chair. We have not heard back and that was several days ago now, maybe more.

On another downside our first mat malfunctioned within the first month and stopped heating up on both ends so we sent it back and repurchased a different one. This one was delivered with a faulty controller and we needed a new one shipped which was shipped to us and seems to work alright thus far. (We’ve only tried it once, last night).

So overall happy, but not thrilled as there seems to be quite a few little problems with your products, thus far.
