Great, High Quality Products
I bought a sauna blanket in 2020, used it regularly, and just had to replace it in 2026. The product quality is unbeatable! The new sauna bed is sleeker and has updated features, but I was relieved when I first used it, because the heat was the same as my old one- in other words, the old one was not "dying" before it stopped working- it just stoped because of too much love for too long! I also have the infrared mask, and it is awesome! I highly recommend HigherDose!

Bad faulty blanket
I purchased a sauna blanket in late 2022.
It was taken care of and suddenly last week it stopped working
It took customer service time to get back to me and product was not warranted anymore
I am still awaiting a resolution
Poor customer service and will be posted out on the website that the product does not have a long life for the expensive price

Safety hazard
My sauna blanket control box caught fire and started smoking. The plastic melted. I provided the video and pictures Higher Dose requested and their customer service offered me a 40% off coupon to purchase another one. I don't recommend the product or the company.

Be sure to do the red light skin test!
I purchased a red light hat and performed the skin test to make sure the product would not irritate my skin. I am glad I did, because it turns out I can't use the red light system. Despite this, the customer service was excellent with my return, and I wish I could use their products because they seem like a wonderful company.

Returned mask but not for the reasons you think
I ordered the mask and then got one for a present so had to return it and Des with customer support was so helpful and kind. Support was easy to reach, clear and concise. I had a wonderful experience returning my products and Des made my experience easy and joyful.

I have gone through two full size HD…
I have gone through two full size HD PEMF infra-red mats. The first one stopped working within a week of the one year warranty, and after some trouble shooting, they sent a replacement mat. I've had that mat for just under a year, and it stopped functioning as well. For the price and the environmental foot print, I would like it to last at least a couple years, preferably even more. I Iove the product and its effects. It helps me to recover much more quickly from physical soreness and exhaustion. It's so soothing. But sadly, I won't purchase another product that doesn't last over a year. Higher Dose, please make a product to last long term, or offer repair services, or longer warranties. You have lost me as a customer.

Company that cares about customers!
HigherDose is a great company that really cares about it's customers. The very first product I purchased was a PEMF mat and after a few years I was having some issues. They tried to help me fix it but when that didn't work they exchanged it for a brand new one. They are very helpful and reply right away to an inquiry, they genuinely try care and try to help you with whatever you need. Recently I purchased a red light hat and it's been great so far. They also responded to my questions regarding it right away. Highly recommend!
