I cancelled the delivery and contacted them. After one message they refused my further attemps to contact them. The order is now over a month old. Money is gone. Filed a complain. This is fraud!

Rick Lee. I had a complete knee surgery and had so much pain in my knee. I have always thought meds would be the best way to alleviate pain. However, they were not helping. I was a non believer in gemstone healing but then I was introduced to try the product. I tried the shoulder and knee wraps and it helped me get through each day. I was using them post surgery and had ultimate relief! I am a believer in gemstone healing now.

I purchased the PEMF Inframat Pro® Rainbow Mat with Chakra Symbols and have loved it way more than I expected. I found HealthlyLine while I was researching how to make my own chakra stone filled far-infrared mat with magnets similiar to the technique found in "The Emotion Code" book. I have referred several people to purchase this mat. It has helped me in more ways than I can express. I plan to use this along with other healing modalities that I currently do. Horrible customer service for a broken product. The PEMF feature on their products is a scam. They say the magnet they sent you to test it only moved in one area but the magnetic field works all over the MAtt. Mine didn’t work anywhere, the video they sent shows it works in a quarter square inch area. How can a magnetic field work all over the Matt and have 0 effect on a microscopic magnet in only 1/4 inch area of the entire Matt? They were unable to answer that question. I was fortunate my Matt arrived not working well so I was able to avoid dealing with them down the road. I returned it in 48 hours and they tried to refund 85 percent of purchase price. Luckily I bought through eBay and Ebay gave me a full refund. I wouldn’t be surprised if their Matt’s don’t even contain the crystals advertised. I bought the platinum pemf 7224. The manual is the exact same for all their products and didn’t tell about any of the features of this Matt or controller. Finding that info on their site or getting them to respond is near impossible. Save yourself a headache and just pay more to buy a legit product from a legit company.

I am a massage therapist at a float tank spa in Colorado and I use my InfraMat Pro on every single client. I am amazed at how quickly the PEMF puts people's nervous systems in a deep state of relaxation. The heat is so soothIng and penetrating and the crystals are just the icing on top! This mat is such an integral part of my practice...I Love it!!

I purchased the Taj mat for my Skincare Studio over a year ago, it has added a whole different element to my services, a friend of mine recommended it and I was hesitant at first, untill I had my first experience on it.

I knew it would be a good addition, my clients fell in love with it also. With all the changes in life and across the globe, my business had to shut down due to the Pandemic for 7 months, My mat was a lifesaver for myself, I brought it home for the entire time and spent almost every single day, sometime twice a day.
It calmed, nurtured and helped with the day to day anxieties. I'm so thankful for it, I now need to purchase a 2nd one to have at our home!

This may seem incredible, and I would not have believed it possible if it had not seen this for myself:
Shortly after I purchased my full-sized body mat, I loved it so much for the chronic pain the soothing heat alleviated that I purchased another medium sized one, and my mother started to use it.

She had severe scoliosis where her spine was in an S-curve with the vertebrae creating a slight hump between her shoulder blades and then pushed inward down the lower back. Another S-curve pushed the spine towards the right shoulder and then ended with it curving towards the left down the lower back. It left her with a lot of pain especially when she was tired, and I often had to give her massages to help alleviate some of the pain before she could sleep.

Shortly after my mother started sleeping on the heated mat, I noticed the side-to-side scoliosis did not seem as pronounced as before. I mentioned my observations to my mother, but I thought perhaps it was my imagination, though she did say her pain had been substantially reduced after she started sleeping on the mat. A month later, I noticed the S-curve was almost completely straightened out! The hump between her shoulder blades was gone, the spine was almost straight, just the lower back where the spine curved inwards had not changed. I added a low pillow under the mat and had her lie on it to bring the heated mat closer in contact with the affected part of her spine. Another month had passed, and now the scoliosis seems pretty much unnoticeable! By the way, she had that scoliosis since a young age, but she’s 80 years old now! I guess even 80-year-olds can recover from long-term chronic conditions!

Healthyline mats have been life changing for me and my family. I suffer from endometriosis and chronic migraines and these mats are something I will never again go without. Of all the treatments I have tried these have made the biggest difference. I use them mostly for pain management, my husband uses them for his bad hip and my son with ADHD and Tourette’s uses them because he finds them calming and they help him sleep. Amazing products and amazing value.

The large mat to the small one, also the vest, I have enjoyed using them for many years and sharing with family and friends. I was experiencing debilitating neck pain and was told surgery was the most likely way to have the pain reduced. I did not trust that solution. With surgery anything can go wrong, so I looked for alternative solutions. Long story short, while researching online, I came upon HealthyLine and decided to invest in the TAJ Mat. A week after using the mat for an hour each day, my neck pain subsided. Today, I am no longer experiencing severe pain which prevented me from exercising, sleeping on my right side and so many other things. Now I can do everything I used to do before my neck started hurting.
Debilitating chronic pain is like a prison sentence because it restricts you in all ways. It's something that is always there, minimizing the quality of life. The TAJ mat is a true lifesaver. In addition to pain reduction, lying on the mat puts me into a deep state of relaxation. With so many healing modalities integrated into the mat, I am probably receiving more health benefits than I am even aware of.

I believe I had a very mild case of COVID early/mid March. And no I’m not about to claim the mat healed me. But for some time after I was craving heat on my upper chest/lungs so I went to CVS & bought a heating pad & it didn’t feel even warm. I bought a more expensive one- the same. I googled best heating pad & found HealthyLine & I splurged. That was mid Apr. When I first laid it on my chest it was... amazing sounds stupid but it warmed me in a way that felt utterly amazing. Exactly what I needed. And that was without the silver tinfoil thing they send to trap the heat- make it feel more sauna-like. I used it daily for about two weeks until my lungs/chest felt more normal. And yeah, less dramatically, it relieves tightness in my lower back & hip from where I had surgery. Totally recommend!!

TAJ-Mat™ Full Short 6024 Firm - Photon PEMF due to my progressive total body pain. In about 20 minutes on the mat all of my pain is gone... (it does come back when you get off, but it has dramatically reduced from where it was (off the mat) when I bought it. I have used this mat for everything from low back pain after lifting something I shouldn't have to sore muscles to increasing my temperature to ward off an illness I had begun to get symptoms of (works on my kids too). I also use it to help me fall asleep in about 20 mins. I can use it to fall asleep even when its is hot outside by not turning the heat up on the mat, and the PEMF still makes me fall asleep in about 20 minutes. I have used it to stop abdominal cramping d/t a stomach flu or diarrhea. The only thing I regret about this mat is not ordering the 72" one. We are generally short people, but it would be nice to have my feet and my head on the mat. (I am 64" tall). I use this mat as a sauna as well. I can fall asleep under a blanket with the temp gradually increasing and by the time I am sweating I have had a nice nap too. I have auto immune conditions that cause me pain everywhere, but if I am home and can lay down for a minute I will hop on the mat and feel better in less than 20 min. I keep it on my bed and do actually sleep on it all night. I have never had any trouble with my mat, and my small kids use it fairly frequently when I am not home and they haven't even broken it yet thank goodness. I highly recommend the mat I have. Thank you HealthyLine for keeping you mat's more affordable (by a long shot) than the competition. Mine was in the $800 range which was really high for me, but it's been worth every cent!

I have been using HealthyLine products for years now for a herniated disk and fibromyalgia. Their Jade and Tourmaline Stone heating pad is life changing! I use it when I sleep and also in my chair while I work. With Covid-19 changes and working at home all day in a chair, this product allows me to get through my days. Their customer support, namely Jade, are exceptional! I highly recommend this product for the immediate and consistent benefits you will receive, but for the customer support; they truly stand behind their products!

I have used the Healthline mat for 2 years. I love the feeling of using the infrared when I am so worn out, the heat in the winter relieves my aches. This is the best, I know it works because my cat will go and lie on my bed and wait for me to turn it on. A great buy

I have been using my HealthyLine TAO Mat for over 2 years. I sleep on it every night, setting the temp between 35 and 40 degrees, along with turning on the PEMF. It provides me with a restorative night’s rest, and helps with my pain from rheumatoid arthritis. I also have macular degeneration. It has remained stable since I’ve been using the mat. It is difficult to know if that is from using the PEMF, but it’s a possibility. I would highly recommend this mat for it’s deep relaxation alone.
