I ordered some mineral drops from then and then a week later got an email saying that they aren't in stock. No offer for a refund or any indication of if the product will come back in stock or ever arrive. They just took my money and don't reply to emails

AVOID SCAMMERS DO NOT BIY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

After a week my order was still showing as processing. So I emailed them to ask why. I received a reply similar to what others have said stating that there was a delay and I will receive it the coming week. To be honest I didn't hold out much hope after reading the negative reviews... BUT today (Wednesday) my order arrived.
So all I can say is:
To the company... You could avoid a lot of criticism if you updated customers about delays
etc with regular updates.
To potential customers... Although the negative reviews are worrying, don't give up, my order did arrive after a couple of weeks. The product was good and the price good, just delivered slowly.

Avoid at all costs take your money no tracking updates etc they keep saying stuff will come next week but they say that for you to stop mailing them also no refund stay well away

Why take my mo ey and don't send orders I paid almost £25 for lancaster sun lotion 400 ml bottle you took my money and I have recieved nothing not even an e mail your company is a disgrace to be honest iff it exists disgusting beware people

Very pathetic service never buy any product as their services are dodgy not tracking for the product you order no contact or customer service only an email which never responds properly..going to report this soon.I ordered a perfume to gift some one however money went from account and the product was not delivered..

I placed a substantial order and received some damaged items upon delivery. I provided photos, description, a month later no replacements were sent despite promises that damaged items would get resent. I'm going round in circles asking for replacements and each time I email Jay @ Healthreaction he asks: "What items?". Flushing money down the drain, that's what ordering from these people will do to your wallet. NEVER EVER AGAIN - AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE, GUYS.

Don’t touch with a barge pole wish I’d checked reviews before ordering 2 weeks and order hasn’t even been dispatched

My order arrived within 7 days, after reading reviews I wasn’t sure it would. E-mailed company and Jay replied the same day and was very helpful.

Ordered two Aquaphor sticks, they emailed to say they weren't in stock and could they send out alternatives, I said no - they then emailed to say they were in stock - but never sent them out. It's been nearly a month and they just ignore emails.

Thankfully paid on a virtual card that is unique to them, so I will know if they try and use it again/try and scam and will hand straight to fraud banking.

Over a week and no show.
I decided to check reviews.

Placed a order northing came and they don't even reply back to emails

Avoid them, you'll wait for your order for weeks.

Have put my order in April and I have not heared anything from them. Sent emails , they said they are out of stock, so don't trust them . Asked for a refund and they refused it.

I started purchasing something from this site. It was about 30-40% cheaper on this site so I thought I'd go for it. But then after I'd keyed in my info and was about to press purchase. I thought it sounded a bit too good to be true so I checked the reviews which were terrible and I cancelled. However, I'd already keyed in my credit card details. Fast forward less than a week I've got a load of fraudulent transactions. Coincidence, maybe, but I've not purchased anything else recently. STAY WELL AWAY, DODGEY SITE!

Delivery of a bar of soap took 4 weeks from time of order, and only after I had sent 3 emails asking where is it.

Fast delivery, competitive prices and 5stars for great email communication. I'm happy with the service provided.
I will definitely buy again.

I ordered Garden Of Life Raw Probiotics 50 & Wiser 27th February 2024, was told that they were out of stock and would I like the standard Garden Of Life Men's Probiotics. DO NOT USE THE SUPER PAYMENTS APP! It gives access to your account, via the Super app, they then get you log on to your banking app, take a BANK TRANSFER and hey presto, you are well and truly FUBAR because it's a faster payments transaction, not you credit card so you aren't covered!!!!!!! Avoid like the plague, Ebola, Covid etc.....it's a deadly scam that leaves you no choice but the small claims court and Trading Standards!

Recently bought Elemis shower cream and received my order within a few days - absolutely no hiccups and good communication from order to delivery. I'm glad I hadn't seen these reviews first or I wouldn't have ordered from them, but my experience was definitely 5 star!

No email, no product! So assuming I’ve been scammed along with many others reading their reviews.
Lesson learnt to use reputable companies.
