Overall it was good - booking an appointment online was really easy which I appreciate. However, I'm not totally impressed with how long the appointments took. I went with my husband to get yellow fever vaccines for our upcoming trip, we both feel it would have been a lot better if we could complete the lengthy forms online prior to the appointment. It took around an hour for just 2 of us which is a big chunk of time in a day to take out especially when unexpected, and even though there was a young trainee also in the room, we weren't made aware of how long it was going to take beforehand which would have been really appreciated. Otherwise, no issues and they were thorough.

Lynda was very gentle when she put in the HPV vaccine in my left arm and the price was expensive but it was worth it

Lucy at the Clacton On Sea was fantastic. She gave us clear information to make our decisions about our travel vaccinations. She was very friendly and kind. We were kept informed throughout the session and all our questions answered.

I attended for a blood test. I was extremely painful and unsuccessful. The nurse became defensive and blamed it on my anxiety. It was a very stressful unpleasant experience

Went to appointment for blood test. Nurse tried twice to take blood and failed both times, then claimed that they were only allowed two attempts, so didn't try again and I couldn't have the test. I was well hydrated, and have blood taken every three months at the local hospital, and have never had any problem there at all. They suggested I come back the next day, as though I had all the time in the world, and I did not want to point out that they weren't going to be any more competent the following day! Huge waste of time, when the whole point of it was to save time over NHS test.

We used the travel vaccination service. The nurse was excellent and explained all our options and risks. Overall very happy with the service. Only downside was site for booking the appointment seemed complicated.

The appointment was on 17.9.2026 in Reading with Amanda. Timing prompt, information excellent and satisfactory outcome. Gently pursuaded to have the yellow fever inoculation that I had been scared of because of my age (78) and feel much more positive about safety on holiday. The treatment also applies to my husband.

Wonderful. Caitlin was efficient quick pleasant and efficient. The whole service was excellent. I had tried unsuccessfully to do a home test. Being able to have the blood test taken by Caitlin was 100% better.

Great service. We went to Charing Cross branch and nurse Ruben, was excellent, he has our history on file and coupled with our other hand notes sorted us out for a big trip to Brazil. He ensured we were well informed and comfortable with the process and was great to chat to.

The lady who took my blood at the metrocentre branch was fantastic. I’m not the best with needles but she lovely put me at ease and I don’t even feel the needle go in. Would recommend

I went to Superdrug, highcross Leicester to have Aesthetic, dermal and lip filler. Chermaine was the health professional that carried the procedure. She explained threw all of the procedure. In a very sterile room, and definitely will go back. Excellent service and would highly recommend to go here. Happy with the results, thank you again.

I booked at York to have my blood drawn for tests with Blue Horizon. Emma was fabulous and the whole process from online booking through to Emma boxing up my vials with me only having to worry about posting them on was flawless.

I was really impressed with this service, as excellent customer service is a rarity these days. The Superdrug blood draw service was 5/5 🌟 Thank you!

I’m usually of the opinion, if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all but after my husband and I paid £240 each for travel injections the service provided by the nurse was the most unfriendly and unprofessional I have ever experienced. I happen to see the one star review by Amanda Javes about (Margi) so I’m assuming it’s the exact same nurse we saw as her review was spot on and saved me writing a fresh one!!! We went along for a consultation and advice having done the research myself and like Amanda said, Margi just read it off a crib sheet and said to us “so what do you want to do”!!! I was hoping she would be explaining and advising for our needs not us!! Each visit we dreaded, if we could have changed service provider after the first dose we would have done but did not want to disrupt the time periods in which you have to have the injections. Margi even told my husband he was late for his appt but he showed her the time she wrote on his appt card and she said he should have logged on and checked the time again!!! Everybody is entitled yo have an off day but three visits on the trot and being dealt with off hand is not acceptable. I have to say we won’t be using Superdrug’s travel clinic again which is unfortunate just because of one person ‘s actions!!

The team that does the blood tests in Basingstoke are wonderful. Really friendly with no waiting times.

St Steven’s Street, Norwich - nurse was very unfriendly. Went for travel vaccinations and it didn’t even all end up in my arm - some squirted out and dripped down my arm. Terrible experience and made to feel like a nuisance. Unfortunate as I never leave reviews like this, but I wish I knew how poor the treatment would be before I went.
(Other staff in the shop seemed friendly)
