good service and nice staff

Friendly , well informed , helpful and efficient

I had a prepaid corporate blood test carried out and the nurse room was extremely hot. There was a small fan in the corner but it made no difference to the room temperature. It was so hot in there I had to go and buy a drink from Superdrug before the test to try and cool down, but the fridge was not actual powerful enough to cool any drinks so my drink was warm anyway.

I had my blood test done and due to the heat I felt very nauseous and faint. I had to lie down with my legs in the air and the nurse gave me her personal hand held fan. I had to stay there for a while until I felt better, and drink my warm lucozade.

This could have been avoided if the room had functioning airflow or aircon. It was far far too warm in there to do blood withdrawals. I believe given the current state of UK summers this should be addressed.

I want to send my praise and thanks to Karen the RGM who looked after me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. She let me stay until I felt better

Have just had my 2nd shingles vaccine at Superdrug in Inverness, expertly administered by Sheena. As with the 1st vaccine 10 weeks before, she quickly put me at ease and the whole experience was quick and easy. I used to have a real needle phobia but I can honestly say that the fear has now gone. Thanks, Sheena, you are a real credit to Superdrug.

The appointment began bang on time, and ran perfectly. Nadine was professional, had all the details down pat (the blood sample was actually for a non-Superdrug test and the provider had their own procedure for recording and posting etc.), and was funny and chill into the bargain.
