I created an account with my gmail and paid for 1 month subscription and now the website doesn't even let me log in using my gmail account. Created a new free account with another gmail to see if it was the website problem and the site worked fine with the other account. They haven't gotten back to me yet but I feel scammed, really hope it isn't the case.

Update: issue was solved promptly! Stephanie from HDPiano was really helpful and I’m glad I can finally use the site! Really good tutorials

Great easy learning method for songs. Interesting selection of songs too. Compliments other techniques such as sight reading, music theory etc

Be carefull !! When I created the account, the system said payment would be USD 50+. Then after 3 weeks ( before a free month period ) , they tried to charge me for $197 off my card. I'm very lucky my limit was lower. This is unacceptable!

HD Piano is the best!! I highly recommend! My son learned to play great songs on the piano with ease.

Love this platform. So many songs and so easy to learn.

They do a great job of teaching. It is made fun, easy to follow, and I found it very effective to get me to a point to play something, that was reasonably challenging, to a stage where I think I can play quite impressively.

The lessons are ok, mostly, and it got me started playing a few pop songs, so kudos for that. It's just video lessons though, with a human voice.

The lyrics/chord sheets are stored as images (like seriously?), so you can't copy and make your own notes. The only option is to print, and then annotate... Not a green solution. This kind of protection is really annoying when you've already paid for the subscription.

I left feedback on a few lessons, and heard nothing back. So to me it seems like no one is listening.

Downloadable lead sheets or sheet music (the musicnotes solution is not a real solution) and MIDI files would be super helpful.

What bugs me most of all is that the cost of the monthly subscription just jumped by 80%, with no additional value to justify the hike. That's unacceptable behavior, so I've cancelled my sub.

Great videos but most of all great comms and customer service, they go out of their way to resolve any dispute.

I've been a member of HD Piano for many years. It's a great way for me to learn a song. I can play and I understand music but I don't read music. Watching the instructors and listening works for me. They teach me the song then I decide how to play it. I'm learning about 10 songs every year. Big fan.

I always have just enjoyed piano more when someone just shows me a song. These lessons are great. Bite sized, well explained and demonstrated. I wrestled with formal lessons for along time but I can just have fun with this. An old man playing his fav 80s-90s tunes.

I am very impressed with how good the instructors are! This is by far the best online piano instruction! I've been able to learn songs that I would have been impossible without your fabulous instruction! Bravo!

I think it is all good except you need to have the sheet music with the chords on it
Showing the key and some of the teachers move to fast ; for example , Amazing Grace - the advanced version - would of loved to learned that version but he goes to fast ; however , if you have the sheet music I could follow that because I can read music ! I came here to learn rifts and flavors to expand on my playing !

Need the sheet music as often with melody versions it's a great help while viewing the video

its like having a piano teacher next to you,
you can cut a segment of the part you are strugling with and it loops over and over again.you slow down the playback speed to suit you, and he shows you the fingering of the left and right hands aswell,really great experince unfortunately funds are tight at the moment ,BUT when things get better i going straight back with the subscription,or maybe you guys can lower the price a bit.All in All great piano learning channel

Customer Service punctual and very helpful. I can read music and I like to read music. HD piano helps me learn the timing, being able to play along, helps me learn connections with chords, explaining the song helps with learning the song. It's a great site to learn piano.
