Had a issue with cancellation and that it still booked even though it cancelled but the customer service is top notch, was able to fix the issue and get a refund issued on the same day.

The piano teachers are fantastic, and the lessons are very easy to follow. I love the wide selection of songs available. I was able to learn Porz Goret by Yann Tiersen in just 7 days, practicing about an hour a day—it was such a rewarding experience!

I changed my email and had after that problems with logging in to had-piano. I got help instantly to clear history and data in the Safari-app. And it worked, great!

I love hd piano more than the other programs. There are some songs that I wish they had license for but thats ok, there are more than enough great songs to learn. This is my third year to sign with them I'm very happy with their service. The piano teachers are very skilled and impressive. Nothing more to say than I'm ready to learn another song. HD piano is a terrific resource to learn songs. I highly recommend it.

The lessons are really good and easy to follow. There is a huge variety of songs and you can choose which skill level you like.
I had a technical problem with saving my favorites and wrote an email. I got an answer just a few ours later and my problem was solved.
I can recommend the app for the great songs and lessons but also for the nice support behind the app.
The price for the app is more than I usually would spend for apps. But it is not a silly game, you learn something, you have actual piano lessons from real people every day if you like. I think for that the price is ok.

It's the best way to learn to play piano, it is simple and amazing, the way you hear the melody from each song. Just hoping I can continue with this lifetime opportunity system. Can't be happier, but slow, I think I'll make it. Thanks for the help, keep doing a good JOB.

HDpiano features a wide range of songs to learn, lessons that are carefully taught by knowledgeable and friendly teachers, and terrific customer support. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HDPIANO if you want to learn to play your favorite songs and don't read music -- or even if you do!

It’s been a wild ride so far, I enjoy to use the practices. I would love to have a app of HDpiano and a view videos for following piano practices to sing along to my favorite songs. Thanks of cours for the great teaching:)

This company is completely untrustworthy when it comes to billing. I signed up in late 2024 for what I thought was one month. Instead, it was for a year. When I saw the charge, I immediately emailed HD piano asking them to reverse the charge. This was in December 2024.They said they could not figure out whose account it was and they simply left it intact. They then renewed the charge again a few days ago for the coming year 2026. When I contacted them the next day telling them the charge was improper, and asking them to reverse the charge, They said they could not figure out who’s account it was and they simply left it intact. They then renewed the charge again for the coming year 2026. When I contacted them the next day telling them the charge was improper and that I had sought to cancel it a year earlier, they said that the cancellation would take affect in December 2026 and they would keep my payment for the whole year of 2026, even though I have never used the service and didn’t want it. Beware of these people. They are completely vicious, and without any morals or scruples.

HT piano is a great way to learn piano at your own speed.
The cost is reasonable and you can learn tricks to make The Learning Easier with how they have set the program up.
As far as their attention to detail you can send them an email anytime of the day or night and they will respond within a few hours to answer your questions I'm assure you of what you can expect from them as a company. I have had private interactions with one of the teachers and she it has been so helpful with billing as well as the lessons.

What has made this HD Piano customer service experience great is the quick response and sincere concern to correct my account issue. Lavender is who responded to my inquiry and offered a solution that worked to correct my issue of my favorited lessons were not saving to my account. I followed her support suggestion and the problem was solved. This will keep me onboard as an HDPiano member for life.
