Colouring incoming notes
Great concept and good implementation with some room for improvement. For non-pianists like me (I am a singer/guitar player) would be helpful to display the incoming notes not only with sings (like E#) but also with different colors (e.g. black piano keys with black/darker colors).

I never set auto renew on anything
I never set auto renew on anything. Cancelled within days of autonew but still charged. Haven't used the service for a very long time that they can see. Should be criminal. They don't follow their own 30 day refund policy. They tell you to ask the payment processor. The payment processor tell you to ask hdpiano. Subscription services are under continued scrutiny but this is the worst I've seen. So even though the right thing to do is refund they won't because they don't have to. That is the image you want for your company. congratulations!

Understood annual subscription would be $97. No warning of impending charge. $197 charged. Not worth $197 annually. MAKE SURE YOU CALENDAR subscription renewal date so you can cancel if you’re not using its limited ability to teach you their arrangement of only certain songs.

Issues logging in but really easy to use
It would be great if i could access my account. On average it takes half an hour at least to get in, and often i cant get in at all. Sadly the only way to cancel is to login. Its a shame because once in its really good.
Update, HDpiano picked up my message quickly and resolved promptly . Really easy to learn songs

Absolutely Love It
I love HD piano, it’s made my piano learning experience so much better with a wide range of songs and really easy to follow tutorials, even for complicated songs. I wouldn’t usually bother to leave feedback for a positive experience but I love the app so here it is. My only disappointment is that they don’t do requests for songs and I really want an Avicii-Sunset Jesus tutorial, maybe one day 😁.

THE go-to place to learn the piano!
As someone who has never been taught piano, this website is truly amazing and I highly recommend it. I am now able to play different songs - thanks to the pace of the tutorials, and how they are clearly explained.
Customer support team are also amazing. I've used HD Piano previously for a year and then I sold my keyboard as I was moving out. At the time, my subscription auto renewed and the team were kind enough to refund me as I didn't have plans to continue. Now, I'm back at it again and I'm more excited than before!

Good site to jump right in and learn piano!
Good site to jump right in and learn songs on the piano. No nonsense approach, the keys to play are right in front of you! You can pick up the timing just by listening. The loop feature is useful. Reading music isn't required, which is nice.

Hi all, been with HDpiano for some years after trying close to every other piano platform out there. And at the end of the day, I keep coming back. So, why one may think?. Well, it seems there are now even more Great teachers that make you feel as if they're in your piano space with you at home from when I started years ago, put it together a platform that has 4 speed settings and a loop feature. Plus, if you have a question, you have your answer the next day to carry on finishing the song you're working on. Not that's it's work it's Fun. Thanks, Guys. My best Scott.
