I dealt with Alex, as a builder using solar panels on a new build job was a bit daunting knowing absolutely nothing about the process. Alex came out and put us at ease with what was needed etc.

Tom from the Bournemouth branch has been a massive help to our business whether it’s with design or organising materials. He has gone above and beyond. Definitely recommend HDM Solar. They also have trade days with manufacturers coming in the branch to show installers their products.

Tom is our account manager and I cannot fault him. From the first visit to the office he was knowledgeable, professional and personable. We have had other visits for various things we have wanted to go through from mounting systems and so on, always turning up on time, and delivers it in a friendly unrushed manner. Something that is important to us as a busy business. Replies to emails quickly and will always return our phone calls. It an absolute pleasure and very pleased that we have Tom as our account manager! Also to Becky in the office who is always most helpful with our requests and organises our deliveries to different sites.

HDM are a class act. They stand head and shoulders above other solar PV suppliers. I have been in business 9 years now and have used many suppliers. Without a shadow of a doubt HDM provide the best service especially from Tyrone and his team in Sheffield. No issues with deliveries and price is also on point.
For example; yesterday Tyrone dug us out of the you know what by supplying rare panels to two different sites across the UK in time for the installation to take place without delays.
I cant recommend highly enough.

Though he could not find the fault, that was not his fault. But, I was misled about the pricing over the phone and it ended up at £229! Also, I was promised a report which I use for my insurance claim. This never came, even after asking again.
Do not use them.

Standout Solar Supplier! Over the past few months I’ve needed to order multiple solar items from HDM and had excellent service from Adam with every order. The pricing has been very competitive, everything has arrived on time and complete with smiles from the driver John!
